Geno's explanation on why he missed the meeting should be enough evidence to get both Rex and Idzik fired. The moron apparently thought they were on Hawaiian time. Instead of thinking 3PM West Coast Time was 6 PM East Coast Time, he thought it was 12 PM East Coast Time.

I know time zones are very confusing and few people can master the conversions without years of training, but if Geno struggles with this how is he going to read defenses? I am assuming zone coverages are harder to figure out than time zones.

Bad news for Pats fans. Looks like Rex is losing the locker room with his Geno double standard and he may be on his last legs. We want Rex coaching the Jets forever. He had two good seasons (one where they lucked into the playoffs). He brings tons of humor for us Pats fans.

In fairness to the other players, I could see someone like Gronk making that mistake. If Brady made that mistake, I would be demanding an MRI because he had to have taken too many blows to the head. The QB should be one of the smartest players on the team, not one of the dumbest.

This franchise just keeps on giving. It's incredible that a business like the Jets, worth well over a billion dollars and generating 10's of millions of dollars in profits annually, is allowed to be run in this fashion.
It is just inconceivable to me. But by god I do love it.

I love it when Rex is shooting off his mouth, bragging about this and that and making these big prediction while the Pats keep kicking his butt. But in fairness, this season he has nothing to coach. The team has $21,000,000 of cap space and Rex has crap players. He will lose his job towards the end of the season or right after the season is over and he will get a DC job elsewhere for next season.
