Where is Fredfromdartmouth and IApatsfan and the rest of those idiots? Why are they so quiet?

The idiots left when all their garbage spewing was shoved in their face, and down their throats. This team is a team now. This is what they needed. And they are only gonna get better is the scary part.

This is a really nice win.

Did Amendola come back into the game after going out hurt?

I couldn't tell.

He did and had a third down conversion catch.
If I understand your post correctly, maybe you should ask yourself why you feel the need to bash Amendola immediately after an extremely satisfying win. The answer probably ain't a good thing.....

I am so glad that the pats shoved my comments at the end of the chiefs game in my face. I feel ashamed and pissed I let my team down. The pats are truly remarkable

Anyone notice that both the Refs and the league screwed up on the AJ Green TD.. Green never had both feet in bounds with possession based on the replays I saw. His left foot never touched down in bounds after the catch and his right knee was OOB..

On a different note. Wendell did decently enough tonight at RG.. He still had a couple of issues, but over-all he did well.

Vollmer did well, but had a couple bad plays.

Glad they started working Dobson in. Wish they'd had him in for more than a few plays.. He was targeted once and he caught the pass.

Play-calling was better, but still lacking.. Loved the fake bubble screen and then Brady going downfield.

505 yards total offense, 43 points, 3 TOs. Gronk and Tim Wright 185 yards.

Brady 23/35, 292.

Awesome. Haters are losers and they lost big tonight.

That play reminded me of the TD oass to givens in the 03 afc championship

Maybe you need to understand the sincerity of my question!!!! I wasn't bashing anyone. And it was a terrific win for the team and the fans. If I remember correctly Amedola made one catch for 7 yards and after that carch he went off hurt so I was inquiring if he came back into the game after leaving because the annoucers didn't say anything about it and he wasn't a target anymore.

Could this spark the return of the Ace/12 formation? Wright and Gronk looked damn good tonight

This little bit of illumination from JetsInsider:

Yeah take away a bunch of scoring plays and this is a whole different ball game.

There you have it. It would be a totally different game if the Pats weren't allowed to, you know, score...
Who the hell goes to the jets board after a game like this?

I actually had a good feeling this game was going to be a good one as soon as Brady ran that 6 yard gainer on the opening drive. He looked determined and I knew he meant business. He had another one too later on and both were head first f u dives. He really wanted it tonight and it showed which I think set the tempo for his teammates.

He was back in a couple of plays later.

Thank you that's all I wanted to know, than means he didn't have a serious injury.

gang green and jets insider leave a lot to be desired on football when the jets stink

but on current affairs, they are quite worldly......sharp people

  • WR's still not getting it done. All Patriot WR's had 78 yards combined!! To put that in perspective, Tim Wright had 85 yards and Gronkowski had 100 yards.
  • Gronk finally starting to look like Gronk! The past few weeks he looked to be in pre-season mode, but tonight he came out to play! Dropped a couple passes he should've held on to, but you can see he's in regular season mode now. Still has to shake a little bit of rust off, but you can see how much of an impact he has when he's tuned in.
  • Tim Wright will make people forget about Mankins very quick. He has a ton of potential and might be a key piece to the offense. Looks like he can fill the Aaron Hernandez role that we've so desperately been missing.
  • Deep ball still not working. Can't blame Brady. Edelman dropped one that fell into his hands, and LaFell gave up on a route that he might been able to catch.
  • Collins is a stud. Don't forget he's still coming off a minor injury. Good game from Collins.
  • Defense did pretty damn good considering we didn't have 2 of our best players on defense for most of the game (Chandler Jones and Donta Hightower)…. and McCourty/Revis both missed time due to injuries.
  • Still not getting enough pressure on QB's though. Ninkovich wasn't a factor all game and hasn't done much all season. Wilfork is a run stuffer. Easley was playing out of position at DE. Pass rush looks like the biggest weakness on defense. Dalton had way too much time on most of his passes.
  • Revis had a great game. Good coverage on one of the best WR's in the NFL. Forced fumble. and an INT that got called back due to a ticky tacky flag (hate this damn "emphasis"). I think he got robbed out of that INT.
  • Too many damn FG's in the 4th qtr…. but the Bengals are one of the best defenses in the league and we put up 43 points on them. Guess I can't complain too much.
  • Super classy move tributing Devon Still's daughter at Foxboro, and even having the Pats cheerleaders wearing his jersey.
  • Stork is looking good. We're long overdue on having a decent Center. His protection was great and I like his demeanour on the field.
  • Protection in general was great today against a strong DLine. Brady looked so much more confident and comfortable in the pocket. He also didn't hesitate to run a couple times when DE's ran the arch.
  • Draw to Vereen on 3rd and Long has been so successful this year. It's getting predictable but still working. I guess the offense will take what the defense gives to them.
  • Arrington played well. He's one of the longer tenured Patriots, so he's invested more into the team and must've had extra motivation after the MNF embarrassment.
  • Devlin is a battering ram and hard to bring down. Love what he brings to the team.
  • Pat Chung is having a good year. Where are all the naysayers now? Not only did he make the team, but he's starting, and doing a decent job so far.

I felt good also. I knew they would kill it. The pats are something that's once in a lifetime, not once in a generation.

Football is definitely about emotions. The Patriots really took it to one of the most physical teams in the league and knocked them on their ass.

This also completely dispels the myth that we don't have talent on offense or defense and that Brady is washed up. Stork stonewalled Atkins for a large part of the night. Wendell was a beast in the run game. Develin was destroying people. Wright played a fabulous game, Gronk is slowly returning to his past self, Vereen/Ridley were ridiculous.

It does emphasize that we still need to clear some things up with the atrocious amounts of penalties (yes some were on the refs but still).

There were still some fixable problems on the Oline, and i'm still not entirely content with Amendola and Lafell (I wish Dobson would be put in, that KT makes it through waivers and comes back). They really do make a difference with the explosiveness.

Also, how about those special teams. BB has slowly brought in a bunch of people that have really made us into one of the better cover teams in the league. It's crazy whata difference that makes.
This is the single reason why I couldn't understand the Patriots approach to begin the season. I firmly believe the Patriots wounds were self-inflicted and that the coaches weren't putting their players in positions to succeed.

Today, the Patriots did almost everything I wanted them to. We saw the result. Hopefully the KC game was a kick in the pants to an organisation that looked somewhat complacent in the early stage of this season.

I wish BB had read your posts sooner.

Offensive line actually looked like an offensive line. Gronk is back! The best stat of the game...Bengals 0-7 on 3rd down conversions!!!
