That was on Gronk, but I mean holding a DE 1-1 for more than 3 seconds is not realistic for a TE. Was also on Brady to get rid of it or to move away

No it isn't. When Gronk and the other defenders were still on the ground, Gronk shoved the guy in his facemask. It was a clear penalty. They showed the wrong replay.
