Hi fellow Draftniks,
As you may have read in other threads, I have landed a job doing scouting reports over at nepatriotsdraft.com. I have done several so far and should have one on Devin Funchess coming out in the next couple of days as well. If you have checked them out I hope you have enjoyed them. If you haven't read any yet, please check them out and let me know what you think.

I would like some input from the draft fans here for this week and beyond. I would like to do some reports on guys you would be excited to read about from my humble perspective. So please, list guys you like, think are perfect patriots fits, or maybe just are hoping to get some more information on. If I can find the game, I will watch it and give you my opinions.

Let's hope the Patriots can get things going in the right direction on the field.

Some guys I'm interested in:

- DL Arik Armstead
- DE Shawn Oakman
- DE/OLB Dante Fowler
- DE/OLB Alvin "Bud" Dupree
- OL Cameron Erving
- S Landon Collins
- S Cody Prewitt
- S Durrell Eskridge
- DT Jordan Phillips
- CB Marcus Peters
- RB Ameer Abdullah
- WR Kevin White

I'll think of some more.

I second Bud Dupree.

Zach Hodges pretty please! And Virginia safety Anthony Harris. Curious to see whether you like them as much as me. Shane Ray is another good one. I like him a lot more than Kony Ealy from last year.

Anytime you do a scouting report over there, can you link to it in this thread. I don't go to NEPatriotsDraft too regularly at this time of the year but I'd like to see your reports still.

Will link from now on Manx. As far as players go. I am literally sitting here right now watching Peters vs. Stanford. (lots of prospects in this one, so I will have a lot on this particular game) I also have multiple Ole Miss games and Nebraska games to go through, so I can get to Pruitt and Abdullah (and Gregory for that matter).
Thanks for the lists. I will look at trying to get some film work in on the other names as well.

PSU has a couple of Day 3 prospects who might match our needs. Adrian Amos a safety who played corner until this year. Mike Hull who is playing MLB but projects to outside. Can wait a while. Prob wait til they play some spread teams like; OSU, Maryland and Indiana. Finish with Mich St

Eric Striker. He's a pass rusher for the Oklahoma Sooners. Would love your opinion.

Great stuff guys, thanks for all the names. Just an FYI, I will have reports for Marcus Peters and Devin Funchess tomorrow. I will provide links.

A few guys I wouldn't mind some additional notes on...
- DE/OLB Hau’oli Kikaha
- WR Cody Core
- TE Jesse James

Interested in potential Round 2 - 4 guards. Laken Tomlinson (Duke), Vadal Alexander (LSU), and Josue Matuas (FSU) are three that I'm trying to watch in broadcast games I can get here in Boston. Your thoughts on them or others in that draft range that fit what DeGuglielmo seems to like would be much appreciated. Pats obviously need a talent upgrade at guard and will have draft capital in that range.

TE Nick O'Leary

Also is there any chance you can add who you think is their NFL comparison? That's something I look forward to in reading up on prospects.

Connor Cook, Bo Wallace, Jamison Crowder, Jordan Taylor, Damian Swann

Offensive guard, lots of offensive guards:

Please confirm or dispute the aforementioned NFLDraftScout.com rankings at the offensive guard position.

I am finishing up Alvin Dupree today, but I think I will hit some guards this upcoming week.
