Week 5 Thursday Night Football - Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers

The Vikings are plain awful, even with Bustwater in there they still would have gotten slaughtered. The Packers are revving up again as expected after a nice early season wake-up call. I hope the same can be said for us come this Sunday.

so, we're watching Edgar Allen Poe's "The Raven"...?

"
Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore—
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door. "

Well, I kinda like the Cricket commercials. Then there's the Cialis commercials that say your erectile dysfunction could be "a question of blood flow," just in case anybody's asking.

But that's pretty much the extent of the entertainment for the evening, unless you count Jim Nantz talking about his close personal friend "Peyton."

Just kill me now.

Nice run by Lacy. Real bad tackling by MIN.

GB just blitzed the QB and sacked him forcing the punt. I didn't know you could do that...blitz, I mean. Weird. Why don't we blitz, again? Bendover/breakneck defense or somehting?

We rock the bend us over but please don't break us over defense.

Minn is bad, but let's give some credit to GB

Oh yeah, GB is tearing them apart but MIN just sucks. 35-0 and not even halfway through 3rd quarter.

Packers started out 1-2 with their only win against the jets. My friends in Wisconsin were suicidal.

Since then, the Packers have outscored NFC North divisional opponents 73-17 in 6 1/2 quarters.

So the NFL donates 100% of the proceeds from the sale of pink merchandise now? Isn't that changed from last year? Didn't they take heat for donating so little of it in the past?

Man watching this makes me miss having a potent offense so much

Vikings did not bother to show up against the Patriots or the Packers. What I can't figure out is how they beat Atlanta.

October 16, 2014. Thursday night football. New York Jets @ New England Patriots.

Thursday night games have been awful so far.....blow outs! Who here thinks the Jets can come in and slaughter the Pats? I'm travelling across North America to come and see this game. I can't wait.

Oh yeah, we all have no doubt about that, Joker. It's well established you trust Goodell and everything he says without checking it.

I could never figure out why Jake from State Farm is calling that guy at 3am to sell car insurance.

Oh, and that was the best Viagra commercial ever. Well done.
