We don't even know what happened. What if Dobson did something way out of line? More details needed.
If that's the case then so be it. I just don't see why 1 game isn't enough or a couple pay checks. But if he went on a 8 min rant on everything then yes I can see why.

If he called him a yard and got 2 games we got issues.

Given our situation, in the future, I'd prefer Josh just makes him run a few laps.

Just checked out Dobson's Twitter, and to his credit there aren't any weird vague statements, No open for analysis tupac "only God can judge me" quotes. For this super immature person that's being talked about publicly, I was expecting to find something, anything.

Not even a Brandon Spikesian tweet to be read.

Team fines don't work the way you seem to think.

It's still Bill's decision.
Yes, Bill can decide to activate a player the OC doesn't want to use. Yes, Bill can over-rule the decision of his OC at any time. And Kraft can over-rule Belichick

If by "mouthing off" he told him he's a terrible offensive coordinator and deserves to be fired -

Then good for Dobson.

Love it. I mean it all but assures Dobson is done with the team for the year (Especially now that LaFell had a few garbage time big gainers.) but I love it nonetheless.

Scew McDaniels. Guy is a Brian Schottenheimer level of OC. He lives off of 2007. In fact I think if the Pats had a better OC that year Brady would have probably put 60 TD and they would have put up more than 14 points in the SB.

Your post is the sort of idiocy one would hope was reserved solely for Jets fans.

Yes, I know you're head over heels over Josh and you're heartbroken that I insulted him. You'll point to him being in charge of one of the best offenses, statistically, in NFL history. You love regular season stats. You probably think that Peyton Manning is the greatest QB this league has ever seen.

I on the other hand put much more emphasis on postseason success. All of his regular season accomplishments (which have not translated into playoff production) are meaningless.

On a more serious note, I wouldn't quite call him a "prima donna" based off this. I've seen no other red flags from Dobson at all. Perhaps just had a bad day and got real frustrated with something. It's good to see the kid have some fire in him as well.

Now the punishment he got better be over. I want him out there on Sunday and so does Brady.

He is hurting Dobsons progression if he is healthy and not out there and being benched for calling JMD a tard
Thats my point. Do you know what was said ? No. But we are siding with the player just becase we like to hate JMD right now ?

Personally, I don't care what Dobson said. This is an internal team matter. The public doesn't get to know the details.

I don't think Belichick has to go, but I wouldn't cry if we got a new General Manager.

This is my issue with Josh as well, and I actually usually like him.
His offenses look good in the regular season and then like gimmicky trash in the post season.

It can also sometimes look like he's calling plays with a dart.

Dobson doesn't need to be Randy Moss and catch 80 yard touchdown passes. He can get open, which is more than I can say for some people who for whatever reason continue to be activated for games over other people who have proven to be more productive. Are you happy with Belichick right now?

WTF was that game plan this Monday? Everything about it was backwards.
Ok. Iam pissed at the game plan monday. But I wont hold it against him if he decided Dobson was deactivated for disciplinary reasons. I was not happen with the game plan but Iam happy he is our coach.
And about getting open , what makes you think that was going to happen ? What did he do vs minnesota other than 1 catch ? How much time did brady have. ? Did you check out reiss's film review ? They had 8 men protecting brady and 1 WR running route vs 6 dbs in that interception on monday.
To quote brady's words ' there is no magic fix' e.g dobson.

You should go check out other team's forums. Newsflash:Every team in the league has the worst OC in the league according to their fanbase.

Me neither .But in a internal team matter I will side with Bill. Call me whatever you want. Thats my stance at least. He has earned that belief at least from me.
