Appears to be another WR drafted dud by Mr. Belichick

Luckily for Bill the league doesn't judge a HOF career by his drafting ability at WR or Bill wouldn't have a chance to get in.

Yup. HOF coaches are not judged at how they draft at one position.

Why is everybody trying to turn this kid into Taylor price or Brandon Tate? He's not a bust. Look at the limited film available. Very confused as to why people are so quick to throw in the towel. This is better news than if his foot wasn't healed properly.

Kind of hard to tell if he is a bust or not considering he is not active on game day. But if he is not being activated on game day, that means he is contributing nothing and so is heading towards a bust. He can't develop or gain confidence if he is not playing.

Not even close to going to give up on him yet. But it is baffling as to why they are not activating him. I'm going to start to get really worried if he is not active for the Bengals.

I'm going to go on my theory (that I just made up) that he missed almost all offseason and now after 4 weeks is where he should've been week 1 and will ge activated from here on out.

I am tired of TB having to throw to Half Pints. If Dobson isn't active Sunday, I am done. If Dobson is inactive again, it's time to ship BBs ass outta here. This is getting ridiculous BB. You are outsmarting yourself again and are costing this team a chance to win games. Dobson should never be a healthy scratch from this point on. Remove one of the surfs first you ass.....

Josh needs to be mouthed off considering his play calling. Activate him and sit him for a series or two, a quarter, or even an entire half, each of the games but don't hurt his development and confidence by not activating for entire games. You not only hurt his development, you hurt the team as a whole because he brings a lot to this offense....especially an offense that has too few weapons.

Ok guys, now how long will we keep him inactive now? And it still doesn't explain why KT was inactive.

I don't know how we can really say whether BB is doing the right thing or not without knowing first hand what the immaturity was that got him deactivated. If Dobson doesn't have to respect the coaching staff why should anybody? Vernon Davis was on his way to being a bust until Mike Singletary stopped taking his **** and sent him home in the middle of the game. He's been one of the best tight ends in the league since.

If the report is proven to be true, then context must first be established. If it's something serious instigated by Dobson, then the fault is Dobson's and he should be reprimanded. If the fault lies with McDaniels then he needs to go.

A coach putting his ego before the needs of the team is worse than a player putting his ego before the needs of the team. I'd like some more information first.

I wonder what Dobson said to McDaniels. I also wonder when this took place. It didn't make sense for a while but its starting to now with details emerging.

I think both of these guys are extremely overrated on this forum. That said, we could really use either or both to step up due to a lack of other options--specifically the replacement of Danny Amendola.

Edelman and LaFell are fine--and continuing to grow. It's that position that Amendola is holding down that needs to be immediately upgraded, and either of these players should be able to do that considering how low the bar has been set.

Maybe Dobson saw the game plan from McD and told him it was a B.S. plan that would never work, made no sense and they were gonna get blown out. DEACTIVATED!
That's it. You're DEACTIVATED!

KT is trash. I guess you could pretty easily convince me to activate him over Danny tore my chola but to me he's the definition of a jag. He's afraid of contact and has below average hands. The roid rat will tell you he has Jerry Rice work ethic but I think he's just another guy.

This is disturbing that Dobson wasn't on the field because he mouthed off what is this kidnergarten?
Shakes hands like men bury the hatchet for the good of the team.
Mankins must of really ticked him off.
I agree if Dobson had a problem with how he was being used or didn't agree with something you have to be open to idea even if you don't agree with it.
This better not land him In the dog house costing us games when he can be a difference maker.
Tyms and Dobson on the field at the same time one can only dream.

KT isn't a star but he can help. Especially with his first step, he can get quick separation for quick passes. Dobson I seriously think is very special. He had the most productive rookie wr season for a pats receiver, and was beating out amendola and Jules for looks last year. Tom was feeding him the ball and had a great game against the steelers. I think both can help win games. Might not be stars but can serve a role
