Living in England, one thing you never get is the 'feel' of how the case is going.

In many cases over here, you 'know' the person is guilty, but proving to a judicial standard is a different thing.

What is the 'feel' in Boston, can people see him walking free or is the case razor tight?

My feel is he will be found Not Guilty of Murder 1 in the Odin Lloyd case but they have him on plenty of other charges, like obstruction of justice and gun charges. When combined with the other murders I'm guessing he'll get about 10-15 years.

His trial might be the only thing we have to look forward to watching in January if we keep playing as we did last night.

To answer your question, I think he has a decent shot at beating the Lloyd murder but the double homicide in Boston seems to be very strong.

That genuinely made me spit my coffee out!

I have not read everything so I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure they cannot use the video images the took off his security system against him. If that is the case they do not have any real evidence for the weapons charges. They didn't charge him with obstruction of justice so that wouldn't matter.

Hernandez has a lot of money and the other people involved like Wallace, Ortiz, and Bradley do not and they all have lengthy records so Hernandez might look more creditable to a jury then any of them.

I read a note that he's already in financial problems. It's not hard to imagine a stupid animal like him probably spent everything in parties and weapons. Even selling the house and possibly some money saved, I doubt he will be able to pay top lawyers for much longer.

By the way there's a documentary about former players who went bankrupt, the name is "Broke". I downloaded but didn't watch yet.

havent followed the case......dont know.......but he'll never play in the NFL again.......moron.......my dad died when i was 16 too........his life was set.......now its destroyed

As the amount of prosecution information illegally obtained starts to mount, and it has significantly, I expect him to be running for the US Senate in the next election. Where, btw, he would fit in nicely with that collection of miscreants.

Too bad there wasn't some way to implicate Josh McDaniels driving the get a way car.

fwiw, they found the gun used in the double murders. I wonder if Dummy left his prints on it.

Another key point is that he is quickly going broke, so he's not likely to have

No, he actually doesn't (see ESPN article, corroborated elsewhere), thanks to the civil suits and the attempts by the Patriots to recoup the signing bonus.

I agree. The prosecution also has a hostile judge. I think he will be found guilty of the two Boston murders. They have the murder weapon and eye witnesses. One of Hernandez's buddies, Bradley?, may be ratting him out.

If the Prisoner is found Not Guilty of all charges in both cases, can we re-sign him?

Almendola should be in jail with him for grand larceny.

He will be found guilty of something, it is confusing now as he has deep pockets and his attorneys are doing some legal jockeying... the Boston case is interesting as there seems to be a lot of physical case, the other case seems to rely more on witnesses.

The conviction rate for cases after indictment by a grand jury are extremely high..

He will probably be behind high walls for the rest of his natural life..
