Anyone else just feel depressed right now?

The loss does suck. The worst thing is having to watch TFB decline. We as fans were so lucky to be able to watch him play. Sundays game will be huge. If they come out and get crushed again it could be Red Sox 2014 season part 2

I'm not so much depressed as I am disappointed in them.

Depressed this team has finally shown they don't want to win with Brady. He has done everything possible, and is being disrespected. It may be a little knee jerk but I sincerely think bb wants Tom gone.

honestly.......of you're rebuilding a team, you don't stick with a 37 year old QB for the future

anyone who thought this guy was playing until he is 40 has rocks in their head

Not that I feel sorry for them whatsoever, but I guess we know how the Broncos feel

They lost this badly IN THE SUPERBOWL

but no...I am not depressed......this day was coming......it comes for every team

The O'line is garbage at the moment, and Brady is a pocket quarter back so won't be moving out of danger . I would however say that Stork and Fleming are rookies, so there should be room for improvement there. The D line can't stop the run, end of.

Maybe we need a really bad season to so the club can evaluate where we need strengthening. I'm not saying get rid of BB or any kneejerk ****, but just something to shake us up

I have to say, I had this sense of doom going to Arrowhead and I'm not looking forward to Cincy either.

We will make the play offs as the Jets, Bills and Lolphins suck, but this team is the worst we have seen for over a decade. I just hope that we pick up. If we know there is a problem, then I'm sure the franchise does.

I'm not depressed surprisingly. The way this season started I knew the Pats had problems. Youth always takes awhile to mature. I just figured that the Pats D had enough vets onboard to help win some games until the O got untracked. I was wrong...Jones and whoever else was supposed to set the edge last nite sucked at it......tackling was atrocious...and HOW did KC manage to get so many receivers WIDE OPEN on the Pats supposedly solid CB's? Is Browner going to make that much of a difference? Maybe, but I'm not counting on it.

Cincy is going to crush the Pats as well if the Pats don't miraculously fix these problems in the next few days....( I'm not holding my breath tho).

I see nothing on O or D or ST that is going to change the outcome.

Pats will be dogs for first time in a very long time playing with HFA.

Go Pats !

I had this game flagged as a loss when the schedule was first announced. I did not however expect a Buffalo Bills style blowout/embarrassment. I expected a gritty, down to the last series, NE Patriot in the game the whole way type of loss.

I've lived as a fan through the 1990-91 seasons and many of you here weren't even born yet so you don't know what a bad performance really looks like.

The sad thing is is that Kraft nor Belichick really went all out to get this team a bonafide WR after Moss left and knowing it was Brady's final few years,I think it was certainly a bit of disrespect towards Brady and a cheapness in a way on the part of Kraft to not supply Brady with talented players only to continue to look to the future instead of the present,Kraft seemed to spend just about everywhere except where his QB needed it most...WR.

The team got into the playoffs yearly after Moss but it was mainly by the talents of Brady despite the crap weapons the F.O gave him.......in other words,Brady rode this team on his back for years.....he can't do it anymore, father time is catching up fast and Brady has become what he was when he first came into the league ...a game manager at QB........problem is back then he had support all around him......right now he has no one showing initiative to bring this team to consistency.

The team still has plenty of opportunity to get their asses together and improve but they better start soon before they fall farther back.......at least the playoffs are attainable because of the pathetic division the team is in,we have that much going for us right now.

I was last night but I've come to terms with the fact that this team was just overrated by us at the beginning of the season. They are not that talented, and the coaching staff is not that effective anymore. It was a good run with Belichick/Brady, and perhaps Brady still has another championship left in him - but definitely not with Belichick at the helm.

I am however positive about the future. Jimmy Garoppolo has a bright career ahead of him and that is one draft pick Belichick has made that I agree with.

It is still a long season. We have seen teams play like crap early in the season and win the Super Bowl. The Giants lost four of five games in November and December in the 2011 season and won the Super Bowl. In 2012, the Ravens lost four of their last five games in the 2012 season on the way to a Super Bowl win.

The Pats have a lot of work to do just to be a playoff contender, but there have been plenty of examples of teams that people have written off as garbage that have made it to the playoffs and done damage and even won a Super Bowl.

Those teams had an identity and something that they were good at. I don't see any of that with this Pats team.

Jeez, one really bad loss and everyone is going off the deep end.

The Giants had no identity in 2011 until late in the year and the talk in NY was that Coughlin was going to be fired and Eli was a bust. That was their identity that year until late in the year - Deadman walking head coach and QB, time to rebuild.

And don't forget BAL fired their offensive coordinator in December of 2012. They won the SB two months later.

The thing that gets to me and even @NEPD_Loyko mentioned was that since the beginning of the season bradys body language has told us such a different story then we are accustomed to. He just seems like he doesn't give a rats ass anymore. You don't feel that fire from him. He's just there taking up space. It really feels like the life was just taken out of him. Something like space jam or something lol

The biggest loss this season was Dante Scarnecchia.....it's not a coincidence that this OL is the worst I've seen in well over a decade, some has to do with the loss of Mankins but the OL line coach has done nothing to get these guys to perform as a respectable NFL line...it's actually a joke right now,we have guys attempting to protect Brady that would be on another teams practice squad at best.

Perhaps it's just the talent level at OL is not so good, perhaps it's a combination but to bench players like Solder in mid game and be moving guys in and out of the OL is doing nothing but making it dangerous to be the starting QB of the Patriots.

Yeah, I forgot that. The Ravens' identity on offense that year was they better hope the defense wins the game for them.

I remember sitting at a bar in Boston laughing at BAL losing to the Charlie Batch lead Steelers. Who knew how that season would turn out?
