Tim Hasselbeck just wrote an ESPN insider article defending Tom Brady, but in doing so said that if Julian Edelman were on the Broncos, Edelman would never get on the field.

i feel so bad for tom. he's going to get destroyed by everyone. i've never seen a all time qb get disrespected by so many people. a few bad games and he's over the hill but other players get passes. no wonder tom always has that chip on his shoulders. he will always be a 6th round pick from michigan.

its silly to think hes not on the decline......from 06 and 07..........its just a matter of how much of a decline and how fast it will be........its hard to know given that the rest of the offense isn't great

but some will still say hes still at his peak at 37.........lol

Essentially every man on this planet is in decline after the age of 24. The question isn't whether or not Brady has declined. It's why is it the centerpiece of the conversation considering everything that is happening all around him.
