I was never a fan of McD. He can't call a good game IMO.

He was awful in Denver, terrible in St. Louis, yet BB loves the guy. Go figure.

Well, Brady is definitely on the decline. He can't carry McD's overrated game planning and non-creative plays anymore.

KC was trying to set the Guiness Decibel Level record tonight. If you are the visiting team in THIS atmosphere, you need your QB to run a silent count, 4 WR hurry up offense, get the rhythm and run the Chiefs line ragged. McDaniels opted to do the exact opposite.

I mean, we all watched it. WHAT THE FLYING YOU KNOW WHAT was THAT? A mistake? There's something fishy going on inside the staff on this team, I'm convinced of it.
Every week, I see offensive play calls that are mind-numbing. 3rd down in particular seems to stand out.

The clearly offsides Hali strip sack - can someone confirm for me that you can't challenge that aspect of the play? The play was automatically reviewed as a turnover, right?

Regardless of the offsides - Solder's moves probably make the finest matadors in Spain envious.

Agree. I don't want to see Josh here next season. His play calling has been **** since he came back, and if I see that delayed draw play one more time against a stacked box I'm going to throw my TV out my window.

Another member of the insane clown posse

If the Chiefs declined the penalty why did the clock stop at the end of the half, I mean he (Bowe) was tackled inbounds shouldn't the clock immediately started after they spotted the ball, KC didn't call a timeout or anything....I know this doesn't matter in the grand scheme of thing but was wondering why this happened?

Oh, and another thing.
If we're not going to #%$@ing use Revis correctly, then trade him for someone who will make an immediate impact on offense, because this is freaking stupid. We don't NEED Revis to line up 10 yards off the LOS. We have plenty of guys that can already do that.

WTF!

Joker, if that's the case, they need to be fired. Immediately.

1 - I believe you saw the pats ol of the rest up the year
2 - would not have been better if it was only one point
3 - do not bet against the pats next week

I dont know . Its hard for me to believe BB will compromise a win vs doing something like a long term diabolical plan.
Somtimes the simple explanation is that they are just bad players combined with stupid coaching.

This is what I think as well and would like to believe nayway. I think BB chose to do things his way, unconventional, the way he always had, thinking it would turn out ok for Tom's final years, and the reality is it didn't. I don't think and certainly wouldn't like to think that there was any long term diabolic plan here, and choose to believe anyone thinking this is just nuts. I do think BB's strategy is just no longer working and has caught up to him and left us behind.

I for sure thought the past 3 years were supposed to be some sort of build up, that would eventually come together, and result in a very strong team to surround Tom for a couple of final runs at the Superbowl. In reality, it looks like the plan simply didn't work out, and what would have been another solid strategy for BB, this time turned out to be a string of decisions that just didn't pan out at all with us being no closer to seeing the puzzle come together now, than we were 2-3 years ago.

All I know is this. You take a look at the top QB's in this league, and they are surrounded with top talent on both sides of the ball. Let's not even talk about Peyton or Rodgers, but even guys like Brees, Alex Smith and Rivers or youngsters like Kaep and Wilson that are performing are getting more pure talent than what Tom's been having to deal with. On both sides of the ball. One of our starting receivers, the only one who scored a TD tonight, was a DISTANT 2nd on the Panthers who was released last year and wasn't valued enough to play with Cam Newton. Not sure there is any mystery let to unravel when you realize that.

two good RB's but after that the rest of KC's offense is average at best and the defense got picked apart no pass rush at all the LB's after mayo are below average and Revis does not have a island with out Rex Ryan's DL. the offense with that OL maybe not hit 20 points again this year but even with that said I still have hope that they will win the east and make the playoffs

You've convinced me. Something's up.

I just would like to know what is Kraft's agenda right now, because clearly, "both" the GM and coach need to be grabbed by the collar and wake the fuk up

Couple things:

1.) makes we wonder if this game didn't improve Tyms' chances of making the 53.

2.) Now that Chiefs are behind us we can maybe pick up Worthy again from the chiefs PS and drop the JAG from Carolina.

3.) talent is there IMO. You don't need mega talent to pass in this league. You need a smart QB with time and some dependable sure handed WRs. Brady is playing rattled after 3 weeks of bad o-line play, the WRs aren't on the same page as Brady and the O-line is having major issues but obviously less than last week.

4.) really think we will see the Pats simplify the playbook. It's a short week, protection is improving, and all their fancy alignments and adjustments got chewed up. Time to reset and go back to basics.

5.) I don't think Browner will help this team much. Front 4 has major issues that he can help. DBs are playing well enough but the LBs are to focused on the run and it is making everyone vulnerable.

6.) Players need to stop dancing and just go. Be it tackling or hitting the hole. Vereen played scared.

7.) I really, really think we need to look at FA for a capable OG. We are one short of a passable line.

Conspicuously absent is Brady

But if what you say is true, then Brady needs to go so this team can be rebuilt

He's absent because his contract was 120% justifiable at the time it was signed. The other contracts were overpaid on day one. 3-4 NT in today's NFL? A LB that doesn't penetrate or generate turnovers? Arrington should be a vet min guy. Nink is a depth guy, not an every day starter. I can go on.

Another thing. Chandler Jones is a nice player, but he's a guy you can block one on one for an entire game. He'll beat a guy every now and then, but he's not a guy you need to shift protection for. Chandler Jones should be playing opposite a dominant pass rusher. He should not be "the guy".
