That was a bad play by Brady. Edelman was doubled and he never looked away from him.

This is a team that beats the bad teams, loses to the good teams. But this time it's the offense that sucks.

Yeah, 5'10 Edelman is getting to that ball. At best he was double covered and would have been about 5 feet short of getting there anyway.

Yes. Because Brady completely misread the play. That needed to be a back shoulder throw with the CB on Edelman inside and Smith over the top. Edelman "stopped" because he read the coverage correctly.
