i just had a drink at a bar that phil simms was at i over heard him yelling at the tv "drew brees needs to stop throwing the ball, your down 24 your not going to win the game, just keep running it an be safe"

Brees is a great QB, problem is his timing has gotten worse with age. Always had a medium arm. Probably most accurate qb to play in a few years, but when the timing goes, things go bad. Hes passing to late. Guys are open but not when he lets the ball go. Ive seen it sence 2012-2013.

It's true they invested a lot but until this season, with the exception of Martin (rookie), they've played average. I wonder if there was an adjustment in coaching?

I thought that on a few throws tonight, but if you've been noticing it that long, that's not a good sign at all.

I can't call any quarterback "great" who sucks in the elements and can never win on the road. I'm sure plenty of people will think I'm wrong, and that's fine, but to me Brees is just another overrated stat-compiler.

Oh come on Collinsworth, that was a penalty, Suggs launched himself at Brady's knee it was clear as day.

Brady was right to lobby for the penalty because it was.

hey Nik busy overseas , crazy trip. Yeah, sad, but you can see it. His timing has been a problem for about that long, doesnt wing it anymore, and the clock in his head is off. Not sure you can fix that,
