NFL announces that Patriots-Bills game on Oct. 12 will now be broadcast on Fox as part of flex scheduling. A 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

In '14, select # of games r being “cross-flexed,” moving between CBS & Fox to bring potentially under-distributed games to wider audiences.

Well thankfully NY/Phil is the SNF game or I would have not have gotten it because CT Fox being the NFC channel uses Giants as their home team.

It is weird, but it looks like the NFL is flexing games from one network to the other. The Pats/Bills game is moving from CBS to Fox. The game is still at 1PM.

Ugh fox sucks.
I agree. But, I long for the days when we had Nantz and Simms. Gumbel and the Dumbbell of the Week are tiresome. Actually, they all suck. But, Fox's production is far inferior to CBS. Just my take.

I hear ya. I hate Fox Sports...^^^

This was the very first thing I thought of when I saw the OP. Thank ****in god.

Nice. This means I won't be leaving the comfort of my home to watch. I really have to get Sunday Ticket.

I can't stand fox why out of any game do you pick Bills vs. Pats.

K, my best friend moved to FL several years ago and always ended up going to a bar to watch the Pats. Between booze and snacks it cost him a small fortune. I kept telling him to switch to DTV and get the ticket. He finally did this summer and he told me that being able to stay home and watch these first three games has already saved him enough to pay for the Ticket.

100% agreed. When I lived in Orlando for 4 years, the first year I went out to the bars to watch the game and thinking about it, the season cost me a fortune of being out and about. Got the ticket the next year and was much more happier. So worth it.

Wrong bar
In FL I go to an all games sports bar in Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island that offers $3 beers.
It's a Bears bar and the Pats are not on the biggest screens, but what the hey.

I must be Captain Oblivious because I never have any idea which network is televising which games. Probably because I do not listen to the broadcast announcers' drivel.

Yeah, I know you can drink beer cheaply in FL. I go to the Tiki Bar in Ft. Myers Beach (actually will be there on 10/26 for the Chi game) and sometimes get 2 for 1. My buddy's problem is he likes mojitos and other liquor drinks. He also hates not being able to hear their game most places, as well. Finally, having to take his wife and both live in girl friends with him tends to add to the tab.

My folks go to Anna Maria quite a bit. They're looking to get their second home there.

I noticed yesterday that the Panthers @ Steelers game (telecast in North Carolina) was on CBS which didn't make any sense to me since the broadcast network has traditionally been the visitors network. Looks like I missed the memo about these network switches...

I don't mind Nantz and Simms as long as the QB we're playing against isn't young. Simms is obsessed with young QBs, he thinks every single one of them is going to grow up to be hall of famer. It was so painful listening to his love affair with Mark Sanchez.

Trent Green is a hater. **** 'em.

You ever check this place out? I lived in Ft. Myers for 5 years and had many a good time here. It's been about 10 years so I can't vouch for how good it is now but they used to have Pats themed raffles, only Pats on the TV/volume, giveaways, etc.
