Other Week 3 NFL games

Manning drove them 80 yards in 50-ish seconds...he is an excellent qb and gets my respect, that was a great game. Something about Wilson annoys the hell out of me...

Really? I love that kid. I wish we could clone him and make him the next Pats QB.

Reports from different sources confirm Danny Woodhead done for the year. Tough break for a great kid.

Manning was a scrub for most of the game. Now, after one drive where the defense blew 3 coverages, we're supposed to pretend he wasn't?

1. Seahawks
1a. Broncos

What Peyton Manning offense since 2002 has NOT clicked as well or better than anyone?
We don't have to like him, but just like it took me a long time to come to terms with MJ (vs Bird)...I have come to terms with Manning (vs. TB).
So since were are 2-1 also does that mean we are 1C?

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, and, I hope, a return to Foxboro.

Manning threw that INT and did struggle but he did bring his team back. Seahawks are a great team at home rarely lose there and the Broncos gave them a run for their money.

Overall broncos are a pretty good team on both sides of the ball this season and I expect another Broncos/Seahawks superbowl this year.

I'm much more sympathetic to the arguments in favor of Manning than a lot of posters here, but it's hard to ignore how incredible Brady was when he had a healthy Moss and Welker in 2007. Manning's always had at least one future Hall of Famer in his supporting cast, sometimes two. Ultimately I think the debate is fruitless, they're the 1a and 1b of all-time.

Joe montana. brady needs another ring to eclipse joe. but i really dont feel like debating it, just my opinion,

The only reason that was a game was the Denver defense. The fivehead put up 3 points through the first 3 quarters.

We all do. Pats are a wildcard team, sadly. One and done. We are nowhere near the broncos.

Which AFC East team will be beating out the Patriots for the division title this year?

You see a team finishing ahead of the Patriots in the AFC East?

Be that as it may the Broncos offense did bring this team back and you can put up a pretty good argument that the Broncos defense did let this down in OT.

Nonsense. 2 points directly from the safety. 7 points because of the 'D' picking Wilson at the Seattle 19 and 7 points because the Seahawks blew coverage on 3 plays at the end of the game.

The Patriots will beat out the Patriots for the division title this year. Yes, I'm not making any sense. But so do a lot of these posters lately.

Buffalo will have the best chance. Barring injuries, their DL is going to kill our OL this year. If Manuel plays avg, we'll lose. The 2014 Patriots are going to have a difficult time with everyone this year (unless a QB decides to give them the game). The Pats' offense will be at a talent disadvantage vs. nearly every Defense they will play this year. Not exaggerating.

Patriots have tough schedule this year. I have no idea how the bills will do but I can see the pats finishing 7-9 or 8-8. It remains to be seen if the Phins, Jets or Bill can finish say 9-7.

At some point the pats have to lose the divisions and it seems to me they are pretty vulnerable this year.

They out up more points against the best D in the NFL, in the toughest place to play in the NFL, than we did against the Oakland freaking Raiders (at home). Any comparison of the Patriots to any of the upper-echelon teams in the NFL is a joke. The Patriots do not belong in that conversation.

No, not exaggerating. Just wrong.
