Wow, Ryan Kerrigan had 4 sacks and didn't even get NFC DPOW. But I agree - Kyle Fuller's 2 interceptions were game changers. Manx's binky looked like a stud.

New England Patriots defensive end Chandler Jones was named AFC Defensive Player of the Week after turning in one of the best games in his three-year career on Sunday against the Vikings.

Jones finished with eight tackles and two sacks in the 30-7 win, and added a blocked field goal that he scooped up and raced 58 yards for a touchdown.

Hopefully this is the start of a HUGE year for him. I thought he got ripped off last year and deserved to go to the Pro Bowl.

I was pissed he didn't run back a blocked FG for a TD in the 2nd half. Is he just a one half wonder or something?

Good for him, he absolutely deserved it. The sacks and blocked FG were nice obviously. The play that REALLY impressed me was the run play to his side where he just rag dolled Kalil to make the TFL on Asiata.

It's so nice to see him in a position that really lets him do what he knows he does best.
He says, "what ever coach asks of me", but you know he loves playing the end. Let's hope he stays there. And that 5h!t eating grin he gets when he kills it!!. I'm happy when he's happy.
