I think turner went away from asiata other than the first and last drive. You can thank him for that.

Actually, someone told Patricia that RBs and TEs are eligible receivers so the Pats started to cover them

I still can't understand why Bolden has a job in the NFL, he's god awful.

Bart Scott is an analyst ???

I'm not sure it's possible to not look like a dork with a bow tie, but it's sure not possible in his case.

Seems to me like BB drove some points home very loudly in team meetings this week. They are playing good tonight.
They certainly recovered from that first Vikings drive. Those LBs in coverage on TEs was brutal. Cassel ran into problems when he started going to WRs.

In fairness, that first vikings drive was tough to watch

we can't cover their crossing routes or RB out of the back field. If the Vikings go back to that then the second half could be tough. We are just not quick enough at LB to cover that.

overall, D is playing really well and i think the Patriot OLine is doing a much better job this week

I'd like to see a bit more Amendola and Vereen this half.

what is this baseball chick doing here ??

What the **** is wrong with Bart Scott's head?

I believe it's self-induced adult anencephaly.

Either that or the end result of chronic rectocranial inversions.

A Gronk sighting

Sad we have an announcer who doesn't know how to pronounce his own first name.

jinx... okay take him off the milk carton

These stretch runs are working to both sides today. Honestly wasn't expecting that.

I do think it helps that we have Cassel to play against to get our confidence back. Still i never said perfect because clearly there is work to be done but at least the secondary is back to ball hawking like they do every year. This team + turnovers = success.

True, but they seem to be getting good push. I attribute the low YPC primarily to Asiata not being good and also the LBs being excellent in run support so far. Mayo is officially back, he was probably the bright spot on defense last week, and he's been fantastic in the first half.

Anyone who claims that he's not an elite LB, not an impact player, or whatever else, just needs to watch the first half of this game on repeat until they learn the error of their ways.

I don't think we're going to see Siliga with real sand in his pants until he gets the cast off.

refs again being inconsistent. They should have called that on them and us earlier.

These flags are truly painful. That looked like great defense by Rhodes

Did he just say that the guy who knocked down that pass (RHodes) "did not play the ball"?
