Looks just like their last home. As with all things Patriots, their willingness to inhabit the place for any specified period of time is totally unknown. I see them flipping it in a couple of years when Brady retires, and moving permanently to NYC. I think Gisele just likes building things.

Perhaps buy the reservoir and fill it in? They may have had to knock some existing stuff down.

I wonder if Brookline's schools had anything to do with the move. Brookline has the #1 public schools in the country, and I would bet the private ones have to be even better.
