This is pathetic. The offense sucks and bb didn't do a thing this off season to improve it.

Agree. No way they should have won. I hope this is a big wake up call because this schedule this year is very tough. My 13-3 might be changing to 12-4

Losing division games is always a bad bad thing. Hopefully BB makes some big adjustments for next week. Embarrassing performance this game. There really was no big "wow, they've improved in this area at least" moment. Same showing as last year unfortunately. Hopefully there is an improvement by the Minnesota game.

When are the patriots going to draft a Demaryius Thomas, Julio Jones, Percy Harvin, Corderelle Patterson, Dez Bryant type offensive WR who can CHANGE THE GAME with big offensive plays. We do not have a big playmaker on our receiving core.

Observations on the day

Offensive line has been horrible
Defense.. non-existent
Revis pedestrian
Linebackers...wow
Defensive line...no pressure.

Miami defense is tough but what a poor performance...

It amazes me how new people appear, provide their lofty simplistic analysis and disappear into the ether.

I'm not panicking after one game but it sure has exposed a number of issues. A little dose of reality as to where the team is currently at.

The Jones sack being called a leat hit is ALL we need to know about "today's" NFL.

Defense looks very rusty at fundimentals after last year's "vacation". It is going to take some time for these guys to get back into football. I have a feeling there will be some tackling drills for the team next week.

This has been the worst coached game in Belichick’s career from the inactive decisions through the entire game.
