I fixed that. And Chandler Jones is an OLB in the 3-4.

Why on Devey and not Fleming? Barker has versatility inside to play OC and OG. Devey has the versatility to play OG/OT.

I highly doubt Belichick is going to wait until the very last move to release a player like that. The same goes for Mallett.

The "tough" decisions/cuts have taken place in my opinion--although I'd never sleep on Belichick's ability to surprise everyone

Mildly surprised at Beauharnais--not because I think he's good because he's small and a step slow but because depth at LB is a bit thin. Thought Morris looked promising in the preseason--would do well with a year on the PS. Didn't read that he was waived/injured, so maybe he's not hurt too badly. Maybe there's a LB out there who's going to be cut today and wind up on the Pats.

So what happens if Bequette roids up now to make a team and becomes a pass rush terrorist. Because he does work and play hard. He just isn't roided up like some of the others like Ryan Kerrigan

Historically the pats go a few under to sign other players. So expect eg Ebner and Devey and a few others to be cut/resigned/cut etc. most likely they pick players most likely to make it through waiver claims

I think the answer to this question may be "how many ILB do you need if you decide to run a 3-4"? If only two of them are going to start anyway, then having those three is pretty solid depth. White is 80% ST and 20% disaster insurance at LB.

Successfully placed on IR earlier in the week.

Morris and Steve B were the shockers for me. Keeping 5 safties is curious, but I think that lasts till Browner is back. Just not sure how we can keep 5 Safeties.......Vickerson from Den would be a nice vet DL.
