Y'all are in a Patriots cut-down thread arguing about Dez Bryant, Cordarrelle Patterson, and Chad Johnson?

Lache Seastrunk was the RB I wanted in the draft so yeah, firmly in the sign the beast camp with him!

Reports were that he can't pass protect, but those were the reports around Danny Woodhead too and he ended up alright.

It was hyperbole to make a point.

It was a really stupid post. That's all it was. Other people making really stupid posts to defend your really stupid post just means that there are more stupid posts on the subject.

Not really. The defense didn't look that bad. The offense just looked anemic.

He also did this in the last preseason game

My memory was that the Patriots were poor in every phase of the game, but tackling especially. Very nice catch-and-run!

So far, it looks like the Patriots haven't received any compelling offers for Mallett.

For once, maybe BB's pronouncement that "We're not really interested" in trading Mallett was just the honest-to-God truth.

One more player to cut, right?

Barker? Vellano? Ebner? Chung?

edit: Nevermind about Vellano

Fins cut Daniel Thomas. Really does say something about how many running backs get drafted (and how many don't!) and how many are actually useful that all these 2nd-3rd rounders last two or three years and do nothing.

Supposedly Josh was high on him coming out of school it's possible he could turn his career around.

/I/ was high on him coming out of school. I got better!

Beauharnais is a hard worker and was playing better, i think he plays a little faster than Hightower. Even though thats not hard to do.Worthy has good raw talent and after trading for him he seemed motivated to start working hard. I think he should have been developed since the are thin on DTs with athleticism to rush the qb

It was stupid because you turned it into what we "might" have had on a SB team.

That isnt what I meant. Sure, you have the benefit of the results but even then there is no guarantee DB would have had the team in a better position.

But you are right BB screwed up again and should have taken DB. I am wrong and so was BB again.

I honestly thought we'd swap out Bolden for James White. Didn't think we'd be carrying both. Not that I'm a Bolden hater. Just sayin'.
