The problem with Beauharnais, though, is that as good as he is in tackling and run-stuffing, everything I've seen of him in the preseason suggests he's terrible in coverage, l remember at least five or six instances in the Eagles game where he was absolutely torched.

I had Beauharnais making the roster anyway, but I don't see him as an apples-to-apples swap with Morris. I think if Morris is out we'll see James Anderson back on the team.

Damn, that was a nice play by Ebner. Even with the terible angle he took earlier this is looking like a net positive day so far.

Ebner is pretty much a lock for the team because he is in all 4 units on ST.

Everything you saw says he is terrible in coverage? Even the interception he returned for a TD?

He did make a nice return, but not for a TD.

see? This is what I'm talking about with Sgt Jerkofflin...he can call all kinds of goal line plays the G men need work on but he's gotta get that "BIG TOUCHDOWN!!!!" by running it four times from the 1.He's playing the last preseason game like it's life or death. This is how injuries pile up. I hate the jerk.

Nice pocket presence by Jimmy G there.

While you'd expect Dobson to be a man among boys out there, I'll still take it as a positive sign that he totally is.

Two minute drill.. good scenario for Garo to work with. Let's see if he pulls it off.

@MikeReiss: Josh Kline, who is viewed as the top candidate to replace Logan Mankins at left guard, has played every snap at left guard tonight.

Anyone focusing on OL, how's he looked?

why would you expect that? he's going up against the G Men's 1st d most of the first half. He LOOKS good because he IS good.

Haha touche.

Although, if you watch the interception, Beauharnais doesn't appear to have any specific assignment and doesn't have to make much of an effort to get the interception. It's great that he actually made the play and went on to (edit: almost) return it, but I think he was the benefactor of a really bad throw more so than a great individual play.

There was a stretch in the Eagles game where the drive was helped greatly by shredding him over the middle of the field. I will admit I did not watch him as scrupulously in the past game.

For those of us without video, how bad does it look?
Hard to tell, he might be OK. He got hit awkwardly on it. I hope he is OK the kid reminds me of Fletcher, and he has Fletchers old number.

Yet to see anything special from White this whole PS!

I am so happy that in 32 minutes of game time we will not have to listen to Dan Roche talk about "Jimmy" for another year. Just because Gresh thinks it is hilarious for the Seinfeld reference doesn't mean the rest of give a crap.

If Brady was behind this line he'd have 200 yards already. Jimmy is still a half second slow at least with his reads

White = Sedrick Shaw

Cave in Stork out this drive.
