I'm thinking Bolden is good. Interested to see the rest.

The OL will be under a microscope tonite. My eyes will be on Gray,White, Wright and the WR's.
Garropolo's play will speak for itself.

#1 Trading away Mankins saves more
#2 If they cut both who is their center? Stork is not up to speed yet.

The most they would have been able to do is cut Connolly and save 3M as opposed to 6M. Also it would have only been for 1 year. Maybe they wanted to get the extra money off the books for the next 2 years. Also, lets see how the line is before we pronounce doom.

I don't know. Now that we have traded Mankins we are pretty short on linemen. I'm no fan of Connolly, but I'd much rather see us release Wendell instead of Connolly if Stork performs tonight. Wendell may be cheaper, but Connolly is better and gives more flexibility on the line.

So here we sit significantly improved coming off an AFC Championship game and it is entirely possible that Chung, Vellano, Wilson, Wendell and and Bequette all make the squad.

No, it doesn't. They reportedly wanted Mankins to get below $4 million, which would be a $2+million haircut. Cutting Connolly alone is $3 million.

We don't know that for sure. We'll find out tonight. Wouldn't be surprised to see us run some concepts.

They looked good on that 3rd down.

Kinda hard to drive down the field with back to back 3rd and longs.

Aside from tripping (from which he recovered nicely) on 2nd down, Stork has looked pretty good so far.

I can't wait for Eli to play like a dumbass since it isn't the Super Bowl. Watch him throw it right to Butler.
