The old-timers are dwindling down to even a more precious few.
Only Brady, with Mallett & Garoppolo behind him, and Vince with Siliga, Worthy and Easly behind him, and Connolly with Cannon, Devey, and maybe Fleming behind him, remain.
But every squad has at least one and frequently two young, talented, proven, veteran to lead them. Brady, Gronk, LaFell/Edelmen, Ridley/Vareen and Volmer/Solder, cover every squad on Offense. Revis, McCourty, Mayo, Wilfork and Jones do the same on Defense. Ditto for Gostowski and Slater on ST.
This may be the youngest, still but veteran team, that Belichick has ever fielded.
I think BB is setting up to win until 2020, and the CAP shape seems comfortable
