The Official Patriots vs Panthers Preseason Game Thread

Please post your comments, knee jerk reactions, insightful observations regarding tonight's 3rd pre-season game vs the Carolina Panthers, on this thread. Please do not start other threads concerning tonight's game as they will be merged or deleted.

Game time is 7:30 and live TV will be on the Patriots TV network with stations in the NE states and HI. it will be shown taped on the NFLN, at various times.

This is the game that the starters are suppose to play the longest and some roster spots are still up for grabs.

Let's hope for a good game, with no injuries, and a Patriots victory.

Woohoo! A full half game. More time with the actual team than we've had since January and than we will have for another 2 weeks.

I am leaving right now for Foxboro...been drinking soothing throats ade all day. I intend to really give these refs my leather-lunged best...or worst.

Let's hope for a crisp offense and NO injuries.

They may even play through the 3rd quarter if the press is correct.

I had to watch at home, like I do all my games, but I had this super strong urge to rush onto the field, pick up a flag and throw it violently back into the stands.

That or go up to a referee and palm my hand over his face.

Just to put in some context. The Patriots are 1-5 over there last contest that were the 3rd preseason game. So if they lose tonight or don't look well lets not overreact

It's the preseason..i hope people don't overreact when some big guys for us arn't playing on O

Someone mentioned it in another thread, no Vollmer and probably Wendell starting, so let's just hope Brady doesn't get annihilated back there.

28 tonight...pretty much just like every game we will see this year
