Mostly returning kicks. Boyce is more like Taylor Price 2.0I wouldn't go that far. Bethel actually made big plays in like a couple of games.
The patriots have their 5 receivers.BrianTyms have not played like a Practice squad candiate have you been watching the games?
The patriots have their 5 receivers.
The only positions available for Tyms are Practice Squad WR and Kick Returner. I indicated that he is a Practice Squad candidate, along with Gallon and Boyce.

As far as he playing like a roster player, there is no one that we would cut for Tyms. His performance is similar to similar binkies of the past: Childress and Morey.

Put it another way. If Tyms has proven himself to be roster quality, then surely we'll be able to trade for a 5th rounder. Alternatively, we could trade someone else.
I'm trying to think of what everyone has thinks they have seen from him that would make him impossible to get on the PS. He can run fast, ok, so can a lot of other people.. now what else?
Tyms isn't going to be on the 53 or the PS until after his suspension so there would be no need to cut anyone. If Dobson isn't at full health by then, I think you'll see Tyms on the 53. The Pats need someone who can be somewhat of a deep threat. I can't tell you how tired I am of seeing Edelman and Amendola being overthrown (or being too short/slow, vertically challenged) on a deep ball. I also think Tyms may have more of an NFL skill set than Childress and Morey.
Bequette was actually Practice Squad eligible under the old rules, even before the updated and expanded eligibility. Why isnt Jake Bequette PS eligible under the new rules?
oh, well that would explain why he wasnt on the new list. Thank youBequette was actually Practice Squad eligible under the old rules, even before the updated and expanded eligibility.
He has two accrued seasons with less than nine games on the 46-man game-day active roster.
