The smell of TE body desperation is in the air

The big news here is that Ott is gone..

Thank God.

At least the team seems to be aware that what it has behind Gronk pretty much sucks. Jones fixes that in pretty much no way, shape, or form. But at least there's movement at the position.

Justin Jones is being given every opportunity to make this Team lets see how hungry he is. Jones will never get a better opportunity than this to make a Team. Cease the moment Justin Jones because in reality you have NOTHING to beat out. Justin if you don't make it you only have yourself to blame.

...cease the moment? How does one stop time?

Jones is an impressive target, not sure he can catch though...

Practice squad??

Practice squad might be good for him, and in the meantime he at least provides a body at tight end for the rest of camp.

Cease the day, Justin

I may be irrationally on the Jones wagon, but the size and relative agility are just too impressive. I'm happy to see him get another shot, although the fact that he was cut in the first place suggest that he's a PS candidate at best.

Someone needs to play TE for the fourth preseason game. Now we have Manieri and Jones.
