I tried that link to the Jest board and I think it gave my computer an STD...everything started to freeze up in my browser.

Also noteworthy, the "fans" in the image at the top of the page are photoshopped in.

You guys aren't going to believe this, but they have a thread over there in which they're implying that Tom Brady is a homosexual.

those bastards!!!!

im just kidding......please dont be too hard on me......i have a terrible sense of humor.....if you could even call it that

The reports on the Jets last practice game against the Bengals is really good stuff. More specifically, the post-game reporting on their mindset and attitude. They are setting new levels of excellence for contrast between actual performance and arrogance. Ryan is falling back on the thing he knows best: to see the world as he did as a child, as a bully trying to intimidate him, that needs to be stood up to.

Out-of-control Jets refuse to be bullied - espnNY

Here's some of it:

Rex Ryan didn't rip his team for its sloppy, penalty-laden performance, which included seven personal fouls. Just the opposite, actually.

"The main thing is our guys are protecting each other," he said after the New York Jets' 25-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals Saturday night at Paul Brown Stadium. "Sometimes we have to look at [the penalties] and, did we cross the line a little bit? We'll look at it and address it. We want to be as physical a football team as we can possibly be within the confines of the rules. But we're not here to take anything from anybody. If a teammate's at risk, we're not going to take that."

The offensive line created most of the havoc. Right tackle Breno Giacomini had two personal fouls, as did guard Brian Winters, who surprisingly was replaced in the starting lineup by Oday Aboushi. (Winters had a total of three penalties). Guard Willie Colon added one personal foul. Even mild-mannered receiver Stephen Hill got into the action, earning one personal foul.

All told, the Jets were flagged 12 times for 133 yards. The Bengals were penalized 11 times for 92 yards. Ah, yes, preseason football.

...

Ryan must have whipped his team into a frenzy because it was frothing. The Jets were humiliated by the Bengals last October, 49-9, and some players -- if you can believe it -- talked about payback. Sheldon Richardson said last week they "owe them one."

"We were fired up going into this game," Colon said. "Last time we stepped into this stadium, we got our butts handed to us. We got embarrassed the last time here -- no ifs, ands or buts. When we looked at that tape, that wasn't the Jets we want to be. They're a playoff team and we're trying to take that next step. We still have miles to walk, we understand that, but the preseason is a time to build that."

You can also fall into bad habits. The Jets suffered from penalty issues last season (hence, the penalty push-ups in practice), and now they were out of control in a preseason game. But there were no apologies from Ryan or his players. They're trying to build an attitude. They better hope they're not starting a trend.

There's a word that should never be used when talking about Rex Ryan.

Brain bleach, please.

"fireman" ed will be back as soon as the jets get a qb that can win. Fireman Ed is the king of whatever the jets call their pink hat fans.

Didn't that pathetic gas bag used to be a Dolphin fan?

Bradway wanted to draft Russell Wilson | Jets Insider

Jets fans find out they had a guy wanting to draft Russell Wilson.

Jet fan reaction: Declare Wilson garbage and demand everyone involved be fired.
Bradway needs to go with Tanny and Rex.

CLEAN HOUSE!!!!

Talk about fans who don't deserve a good quarterback. What absolute miserable misery in Jetville :)

Vick was told from the get-go he wouldn't be the starter | ProFootballTalk

Jets quarterback Mike Vick has worked hard to not cause trouble. That could change, now that the trouble has come, courtesy of the Jets’ coaching staff.

According to TheMMQB.com, some Jets coaches “have privately expressed disappointment that Vick didn’t show up more hell-bent on winning the starting job.”

There’s a very good reason for that. Per a source close to Vick, the Jets told Vick in clear and unambiguous terms when Vick signed with the team that Geno Smith would remain the starter.

“Disappointment in what?” the source said. “That he didn’t play along with the charade?”

circus!

The Jets Took Fireman Ed Out To Lunch And Tried To Woo Him Back | Deadspin

Jets superfan Fireman Ed retired from the superfan game a few years ago, so now he's just Fireman Ed. Actually, he's retired from firefighting, too, so he's just Ed Anzalone. Anyway, the New York Jets are so desperate for that superfan-led J-E-T-S chant that they tried to wine and dine Ed back into being Fireman Ed. A professional sports organization took a fan out to lunch, asked him to be a superfan, and he shot them down.
Maybe the Patriots should try to woo fireman Ed to be a Pat fan and he can lead a GO PATS chant.

Then again, taking a converted Jets fan sounds good (on paper), being a JETS fan stains the soul of the football gods.

Geno, Ivory, CJ, Decker, Amaro, Kerley. We got some weapons this season. Cant wait until the 7th

Geno is a weapon? Decker scares people?

Revis will need to lose his shoe like tonight in order to lose that battle...

Yes, i have a had few drinks tonight!!!!
It's so true, 100% exactly right, I'm tired of this bull****...

The Jets dominated the first half up until that final drive and score with 11 seconds left in the first half, and these ****ing clowns are singing the Giants praises...

The Jets haven't looked this impressive on offense this early in years... YEARS!!!!!!

Defense was outstanding. I know the secondary has some issues right now with players hurt and players rotating around, to be expected, when Allen went down, he would be the 3rd of our top 3 CB's to go down. Thankfully he will be fine.

TIRED of this bull****! **** the media, **** ESPN, **** NFL network, **** Pats fans, **** **** **** FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKK YOU ALL!!!!!!

Injetsanity strikes early once again this preseason...WOW....nuttier than a semi filled with fruit cakes

Jets upper coach/mgmt just trying to cover their ass with some preemptive revisionist-blame spin-control. Even these inept coaches and GM didn't expect Geno to look soo soooo unequivocally bad so quickly. Everyone else did, but that's another story. Think about it, they F-ed up, and now they know it. How would you spin it to save the most face, job, income and future livelihood...? Surface this unusually timed and subject matter of a press release. Seems just more jets dysfunction on the surface. But upon review, it becomes so more and more improbable the more one realizes how perfectly it excuses the source(s) of the story from blame, and so squarely, smoothly and believably places the blame on others.

Gotta love Jets fans. They brag their "starters" won. Guess what: Final score NYG 35 NYJ 24. You lost your "Snoopy Bowl". What a joke. Loosahs!

Classic Wrecks Ryan

He creates a sham of a competition to falsely boost Smith's confidence - then other Jets coaches rip Vick for doing what they asked of him - DON'T compete and make Smith look good

And now that it's all out there they've really undermined Smith's confidence

Solution? Give him a $58 million contract extension like they did for Sanchez when his confidence was hurting after they brought in Tebow. What could go wrong?

Compare this Jet coaching nonsense with BB's comments on the Edelman play at the end of the half. Coach as teacher versus "Coach" as clown.

I love my new sig.

I feel awed and proud of that sig....may it be an inspiration to every Patriot born and unborn til kingdom come.
