WR - 7 - Dobson LaFell Edelman Amendola Thompkins (Tyms wk 4) Slater
OC - 2 - Connolly Wendell
OG - 3 - Mankins Kline Devey
OT - 4 - Solder Vollmer Cannon Fleming
RB - 5 - Ridley Vereen White Finch Develin

Defense - 25

STs - 3 - Gost Allen Ott

Notes

DE - I don't see a 4th guy (or even 3rd) worth keeping. Maybe we keep Worthy and give him a shot.
OL - Stork ends up on the IR right now. Halapio on the PS
DT - IDK what is going on with Jones and Siliga but they will be on the roster after 4 weeks i think
TE - No 3rd TE as of now i know of worth keeping. For now keep Finch as a KR and emergency RB.

If you hate the Pats, can't stand their [cheap] owner, and [incompetent] Coach so much, please go root and draft-scout for another more deserving team, where your insights will be more appreciated.

You'll be happier, and won't get an ulcer, and probably live longer.

So it is not OK to question the Patriots?

Without question BB's drafting of WRs has been horrible; it is his blind spot, but his other qualities make up for it.

as in every year there are a lot of people on the bubble. it's going to be a tough decision for a handful of them. but the rest will be clear cuts. I don't have any binkies atm so I'm not too worried as long as we have good competition and keep our main players/starters healthy through the preseason.

Will Smith is done, finished. Time to hang it up.

B6 you must be a female, expecting males to mature with age. :)

Not. Gonna. Happen.

He's a he...his nuts just haven't dropped yet. I work on the assumption that he LIES about everything.

Everyone else is so good at it. . . .

With Browner suspended the first four games of the season, Butler replaces Browner.

I'd be nice to see a Center that has actually practiced with an NFL team on this list.

He’s a he… yes I am.

His nuts just haven’t dropped yet... I could see how you would base that on the extensive knowledge you have me of my from an internet board.

I work on the assumption he lies about everything… translation everything he says about me is true, I am an internet loudmouth who craves attention, I do not reply to PM because there is no audience to show off for, but I am going to disparage him to try and deflect that reality and this is what I came up with.

Couple things Joker, first at least I have the balls to respond to a PM. Second, you do not know me from Joe so do not work under any assumption other than the one that bothers you the most - that I am significantly better at life than you. I do not lie about anything and if you would like to wager on anything you think is untruthful let me know and I will take the bet.

Speaking of lies, Mr. Eye Witness where are your seats? I have to assume 50 yard line first row for you to be an eye witness.

Or he is simply taking longer to recover from a serious injury and will be a force next year. Regardless, he's a strong candidate for the first round of cuts after next week and a "He did everything we asked if him; we just decided to go in another direction" quote.

On Will Smith:

Belichick doesn't sign a top shelf veteran like Smith because he needs him to come in and light it up in the first two preseason games to impress the media "pundits".

Of course, Belichick could be changing, He did cut Brandon LaFell after OTAs because the crack media analyists said he was worthless, so you never know...

Agreed.

The first 2 preseason games are for guys like Buchanan and Moore to show why they deserve a roster spot and serious reps.

And, a 33 year old 8 year NFL veteran knows better than to come in and expend the energy to play like his hair's on fire in training camp. The reason you sign veterans in the first place is that they understand how to pace themselves to get to December/January.

I have no idea what Belchick thinks of Will Smith so far, but I'm certainly not going to write him off because Andy Hart or Paul Perillo says he's done...

The open question is whether Smith has anything left. If Patricia thinks that he does, then there he is a very, very valuable backup at a cost of less $600K.

I have a similar attitude towards Worthy, although he comes with more question marks than Smith.

We could have Ninkovich, Jones, Buchanan, Smith and Worthy. I think that this is a pretty good DL. We can afford to have 2 dinged up and still have a pretty good DL.

We may not keep them all, but we can if they are able. We don't NEED 6 linebackers and 5 safeties.

We don't have 6 LBs & 5 Safeties worth keeping anyway.

My guess is that Smith either shows something in the next game, or he gets the axe.

But Justin Jones is back, so all is right with the world again!

Bill Belichick has plenty of choices at the safety position:

Devin McCourty
Patrick Chung
Tavon Wilson
Duron Harmon
Nate Ebner
Jemea Thomas

Jerel Worthy couldn't pass a physical in Green Bay. My guess is that he winds up on IR with the Packers. Lower back and knee problems are serious business. I wish Belichick would quit bringing in these guys with serious injuries.
