Belichick congratulated Finch with as animated a slap on the butt as Ive ever seen out of him. Make of that what you will.

HE was impressed with Finch tonight......Finch was dynamic

A 4th rounder is a lock?....umm no.....RB position is very THICK in talent this year.....Ridley Vereen Bolden.....going to make it.....Finch will make it for KR....and then be like K Faulk out of the backfield. ....Finch has alot of variables that others cant match.....
He cant pass block to save his life. Had no clue what he was doing on the sack on mallet.
White is closer to taking playing time from Ridley than from bring behind bolden gray or especially finch.

We already have Vereen and White, so that might make Finch more expendable.

Gray fills the "big back" void.

I noticed that as well, with a big grin on his face as well. Very complicated backfield decisions. I really like Finch's explosiveness (wish he had great speed instead of ok speed) and versatility. Thought Gray ran hard and decisive. Bolden showed some speed to get to the corner. Very tough, just like the WRs. Who do you cut there ? I think Boyce might be the odd man out. Lafell, Dobson, Thompkins, Edelman and Amendola are all locks, I think it's between Tyms and Boyce, and Tyms certainly has been more impressive.

Loved Develin, he could be a sneaky weapon. I remember how deadly Tom Rathman was coming out the backfield catching passes, reminds me of the same thing. Brady and Mallett (beautiful TD pass to Tyms) looked sharp and Garoppolo had some bright spots, started out hot but finished at 50%. Still looks quite impressive for a rookie QB in this system. Thought the 25 yarder to Lafell was a beautiful touch pass, and then the TD pass to Lafell was a bullet.

Loving Lafell so far, he looks like he has a ton of talent. Thompkins looks great as well. I think if they stay healthy, Pats will be a top 3 offense this year.

Can someone do a frame by frame of the Belichick on Finch buttslap, please, so we can extrapolate some real data on their relationship?

Without starting another thread Seattle looks formidable.
My man Wilson did what Giselle has always wanted, Wilson threw & Wilson caught the ball
Completed something like 11 of 12 passes & ran for 2 TDs

They do look real good. Their d-line was getting after it, too.

Anyone else notice tonight if you read into when they played and what not the WR depth chart? It seemed to be Edelman, Amendola, Thompkins then Lafell, Tyms/Boyce

Tyms helped himself. Boyce was so-so. Some good, some not so good.

Mallett deserves an "attaboy" for tonight. It was a much better performance than last week.
