Deus is Deus...I have never thought otherwise

Andy Johnson was a terrific player for the Pats back in the 70's and early 80's

I'm not a counter puncher, I swing first and let the chips fall. I'll tell you my OPINION on just about anything...doesn't make me right about anything (ask Deus :D).

As far as trolls with multiple accounts, in all my time as a member of Patsfans I believe only Aqua4Ever, NEM, the despicable Rat troll 629 and the unbelievably reprehensible Remarker have made multiple manifestations here. Do I think there are Rat fans here using single accounts posing as "objective" Pats fans...I don't know, what do YOU think?
That Patriots Weekly "writer" who used Allison loves Brady, used about three other usernames, all to hype his products. Can't remember his name.

lol......im a patriot/BB fan......just like poking fun at brady about harmless stuff.....and i like brady as well

if someone put a gun to my head right now and asked whether deus had multiple accounts.......i would say yes........and feel pretty good about it

just my opinion

He already posts about 800 times a day. How many other accounts could he use?:D

i know.....that is part of what makes it interesting.....but he just seems like the type to have multiple accounts.....but the fact that several of you long timers know each-other makes it difficult......

Brian Morry ....PFW

I made the joke a while back that since Deus took his annual post-draft vacation during the time that Gymrat came and went (and since no one at the Daily Planet ever saw them in the same thread together) that Deus had to be Gymrat. :D

Unfortunately, people know that I don't like Deus and so they just too quickly assumed I was just trying to insult him somehow.

I wasn't.

It was just a joke (I make a lot of those) and if anything it was a kind of compliment to Deus because those two are about as opposite as any two posters could be (and so maybe you can see in whose direction I was actually being snarky towards).

I just assumed that no one would actually think I was being serious just because it was so utterly implausible.

You would be wrong.

I hope so. I just see people celebrating that Wendell was taking first team reps and I honestly have no idea why. Brady powers this offense and this team. He's a pocket passer that needs a clean pocket to step into. His major weakness is A-gap pressure. Why in the world would any sane Patriots fan want Wendell to continue starting at center when he's proven time and time again, including when the stakes are highest, that he is incapable of giving Brady a consistently clean pocket?

But if Stork heals up and continues where he left off, I do agree that Wendell is probably out of a starting job.

I'm hardly a Wendell apologist but... Let's be fair. He is one tough SOB, better than any of his competitors in down field run blocking, so far. He seems very able to get out and find the LB on pulls and traps, to spring runners both between the tackles and on wide runs. Plus he calls a good line blocking game.

Like in the passing game, he can have troubles moving a big and good DT when even great technique is not enough. It is merely a question of size. He is undersized. If he were 30 lbs heavier, he would be an AllPro Center. But he is not.

Wendell can play and win in this League and frequently does. Thankfully for him there are only so many Wilforks, Harlottis and Suhs (and Knightons) available, and there are not enough to go around around for all the teams. Even Superman had his Kryptonite; and Wendell has these mammoth guys to rag doll him unfortunately.

The hard-nose, tough guy is still someone I'd want on my Team, even if not as a starter.

What would be the point in having multiple accounts? That would be someone with no life IMO

lol.....i was wondering when you would chime in.....i respect your point of view....:)

The only time I've ever used multiple names, to my recollection, is back in the day when I was an AOL member and they gave you up to 5. I used 1 for the everyday, 1 for internet shopping, 1 for business, and had 2 in reserve. I did use one of the reserve names as part of a gag in a chat room, but everyone except the prank victim knew it was me.

The NSA can probably verify that for you.

Couldn't agree more. Perfectly echoes my own sentiments.

Enrico Pallazzo?

Florio? -Sounds exactly like the kind of something he'd do too :D

With whatever I said?

I was simply sharing a story about the time I "accused" Deus of being someone else too..

No, it was an Italian name and he ended up working for one of those sports betting hype services...Casale

ok.....ill play along for a little bit......

"10, The biggest highlight of my day, however, was meeting the great and powerful ZEUS. It was a pleasure and honor to spend some time and chat with one of the best posters on this board. He is actually smarter in person if you can believe it. If you ever get the pleasure to meet him you won't be disappointed. I look forward to our next meeting down the road."

I find it very curious that ken would go on like this about a poster who has only 1000 messages.....even if some of them are impressive......ken should have been more discreet

just my opinion

As Troy Brown would say...bingo! I don't feel bad about it because he was actually using 3-4 identities to tell people what a wonderful pay service TC had. That's wrong.
