Cooks is going to be a massive headache for every team that plays the Saints this year.

Cooks and Jimmy Graham is a nasty combo and if Kenny Stills builds off of his good campaign last season this Saints offense will be fine without Sproles and not miss a beat

Cooks is going to be a massive headache for every team that plays the Saints this year.

The depth at the top of the NFC is so much better than the AFC that it's almost scary. Once Brady and the Fivehead are gone, we could be looking at another long stretch of NFC dominance, because Luck's the only top young gun in the AFC.

ya I watched Dillon and you're answering my point. He was a punisher. He was the Marshawn Lynch of 2004 which isn't a homerun threat.

What are you trying to say?

Dillion was a HoF caliber back, I am not sure what your point is.

Their defense is looking pretty damn good too. If they don't have a massive rash of injuries, they're my pick to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl this year.

Hearing a lot of good things about Hightower in terms of pass rushing.

@jeffphowe: Not a good practice for Thompkins. Not sure if early spat with Browner got to him or what, but Browner best him all day, INT vs. Brady throw

@MikeReiss: One of the things that stood out at practice was CB Brandon Browner and his practice approach. Very aggressive. Rodney Harrison-like.

@cpriceNFL: Browner reallllllly got heated today with a few people. Hard to tell if it was just usual grind/frustration of camp or more than that.

@tomecurran: Pats practice wrapping up. Highlight was wr coach Chad O'Shea irritated at cb Brandon Browners physical play vs Thompkins. (1 of 2)

CB1: HOF stud
CB2: Rodney Harrison mentality to get in WR heads

Can't wait

Remember when Anquan Boldin was laughing after catching a TD pass in the AFCCG?

We're the bullies now!

His team faced a better team, plain and simple. It's not hard to comprehend.

He didn't do much to help his team win which is even less difficult to comprehend.

What I want to focus on is Dennard's level of aggression when he comes back at 100%. He was already a clutch-and-grab guy like Revis. Will he look to Revis for his inspiration, or will he try to be more like Browner?

With his size/speed limitations, I sure hope he continues to follow the Revis methods.

His point is that Dillon is an example showing the long run is overrated in judging the quality of a back.

I don't get the Dillon thing. Dillon had 8 or more runs of 20+ yards in 5 of his 10 NFL seasons, including 2 years in his prime where he did it a dozen times.

Ridley's next year of 8 or more runs of 20+ yards will be his first.

Watch out, Peyton.

The Tompkins hype has gone into steep decline since they started playing in pads. It sounds like Kenbrell needs to step it up.

Watch out, Peyton.

Just hope that game gets the referees that let guys play a little. Seeing is how the NFL ran to Peyton's help once more and have told the refs to call more illegal contact and defensive holding penalties.

Hey but let's completely not address emphasizing calling the illegal pick plays that the broncos run all the time

"Brady finished practice going 0-7 with an interception to Brandon Browner"

If this had been the last few years he would have probably finished 6-7.

He still looks like our 3rd best receiver on the field at least until Dobson gets out there or Lafell or Boyce step up.

With the Pads coming on I don't think KT looks worse but I do think the DBs look better so it's been tougher on KT. He is going to be a beast.

Agreed. I wasn't there today but based on reports he had a rough day. Brady continues to target him a ton though.

@MarkDanielsPJ: 11v11 results: Brady 8/19. Targets: Thompkins (7) Edelman (5), Amendola (4), Vereen, White, Bolden. Thompkins caught 1 of 7 passes.

@MarkDanielsPJ: 7v7 results: Brady: 2/4 Targets: Thompkins (2), Edelman and D.J. Williams. Mallett: 1/3. Garoppolo: 0/1.

Until Lafell/Boyce earn themselves off the 2nd/3rd teams and Dobson comes back, not sure if KT will be demoted to 2nd team just yet.
