I wanna try something new this year and try and bring the best of our opponents local cuisine to each tailgate party home or away pre-season included. I would love to get some good ideas especially from those on here who are local to other markets or just do a lot of road trips. Ideally the dishes would either be something local to the opponent KC BBQ for the chiefs game or something they just do regularly in tailgates for their stadium. Or it can be something poking fun at the other team a la a Tuna dish v the Dolphins. Sides and Main Dish recomendations would be great.
Here is what I have so far.
Preseason:
At Washington - Crab
Philly - obviously Steak and Cheese
Carolina - Carolina BBQ
at NY Giants - Jewish Brisket? Manahattan clam chowder (but who wants that)
Regular Season:
At Miami - Cuban, afformentioned seared Tuna
At Minnesota - ????
Oakland - ???
At KC - Kansas City BBQ
Cincinatti - ???
At Buffalo - Buffalo Wings
N.Y. Jets - Pigs feet (kidding but you remember the Rex Ryan Foot thing) not sure what NY is good for or NJ
Chicago - Polish Suasuage..... Dikta.....Polish Suasuage
Denver - Pot Brownies and ????
Bye Week - pot Luck of a few teams cuisines we wont face.
at Indy - Some sort of beef for the mid west ????
Detroit - Again not sure ???
at Green Bay - smoked cheese spread but what else
at San Diego - Mexican
Miami - Cuban/Tuna
at Jets ????
Buffalo - More Wings
