for weed possession. he was already a suspended player.

I wonder if like 10 years from now we will see celebrity boxing match between blackmon and gordon. two guys with the talent to make hundreds of millions of dollars wasted because they just couldn't handle living life not high/drunk

10 years from now he will be in jail for something much worse

FFS. What a moron. He and Gordon have literally pissed away millions upon millions of dollars. Ace Sanders got suspended for four games for violating the substance abuse policy as well. Imagine the Jags stable of receivers if drug issues weren't present: Blackmon, Shorts, Sanders, Robinson, and Lee. That's a whole lot of talent.

It boggles my mind that these guys are so stupid. They have a lottery ticket and all they have to do is not buy drugs and avoid clubs. Just stay in their multi-million dollar house and go to work for a couple of years.

Or use a driver's service when they go out...

Cannot fix stupid...

That does it, sign the beast.

Whiskey bottles, and brand new cars
Oak tree you're in my way
There's too much coke and too much smoke
Look what's going on inside you

Ooooh that smell
Can't you smell that smell
Ooooh that smell
The smell of death surrounds you

Angel of darkness is upon you
Stuck a needle in your arm
So take another toke, have a blow for your nose
One more drink fool will drown you

Ooooh that smell
Can't you smell that smell
Ooooh that smell
The smell of death surrounds you

Now they call you Prince Charming
Can't speak a word when you're full of 'ludes
Say you'll be alright come tomorrow
But tomorrow might not be here for you

Ooooh that smell
Can't you smell that smell
Ooooh that smell
The smell of death surrounds you

Oh, you're a fool, you
Stick them needles in your arm

One little problem that confronts you
Got a monkey on your back
Just one more fix, Lord might do the trick
One hell of a price for you to get your kicks

Ooooh that smell
Can't you smell that smell
Ooooh that smell
The smell of death surrounds you

Oh, you're a fool, you
Don't stick those needles in your arm
You're just a fool, just a fool, just a fool

Here's yer sign:

Maybe if Blackmon knocks a woman out Goodell will reduce his suspension?

Eight games if he simply knocks her out. Four if he knocks her out then drags her lifeless body out of an elevator.

It boggles my mind that these guys are so stupid. They have a lottery ticket and all they have to do is not buy drugs and avoid clubs. Just stay in their multi-million dollar house and go to work for a couple of years.

I know it all looks so obvious from the outside looking in, but if it truly was so simple they would have made the decision. More often than not they have personal struggles that we are not aware of and that they struggle with.

It doesn't boggle my mind that this happens. Wasted potential yes, but the same can be said of many who just don't happen to be in the public eye.

Is it too early to call him former NFL player, not suspended Jacksonville Jaguar WR?

Or maybe if he beat up and robbed an old lady they would reduce his suspension. Goodell has lost his mind year long suspension s and on your knees begging for reinstatement for something about to be legalized providing uncle Sam gets his share out of it for his vacation fund. While I find Black on ******ed for not finding other activities rather than something that gets him kicked off the team. Like parties with beautiful call girl/groupies. Or even drugs he can obtain a legal prescription for. He is flat out stupid or doesn't care which would qualify him for legally nuts. But these year long suspensions for weed are nearly as nuts when Ray Rice And other woman beater's are slapped on the wrist. I could see if it were heroin or crack or method but weed. But still a rules a rule and he is the one looking stupid.

I say send over #6 round draft pick and try to straighten him out. Jags and Browns are known for poorly ran organizations including poor examples and leadership. In our organization where players are infused with work ethic/coaching/discipline/leadership/success and shown the joy of winning and fruits of their labor. How being an impact player on achampionship team is a natural high/thrill/exciting feeling of pure pleasure that no drug could ever compete with. The ectacy you feel when torching Richardrockstar for a gamewinnig TD in the Superbowl is being lost. He is losing out on that high he will feel winning and celebrating and being a rockstar after humiliating Sherman for 150 yards 2 TDs in the Superbowl. Bill and the patriot organization/players/discipline/leadership/winning culture could remind him and get him refocused. We have young emerging talents beginning to take on leadership roles along with Brady/Wilfork/Revis like Jones and Collins. If Kenbrell steps up as a standout player he should be a great leader to young troubled talent. If Beauharnais becomes an impact player,he was established as leader at Rutgers. He could be a great leader/example.

If we ever acquired Blackmon or any troubled talent, they would perhaps change their ways and work habits without a word said to them. They would feel the accountability and difference just by feeling the aura of the coaching/players/hard work/focus/leadership/winning expectations/culture surrounding them. They wouldn't want to standout for anything negative and face coaches/players/and even fans. This is the best and most focused organization in football. Black on would instantly feel that. New England is his best chance for redemption. Seattle won but the same discipline/work ethic isn't present there. Getting Blackmon on the field and fulfilling his immense potential would add to Bills/Patriot legacy. We need to forget about hernandez,he was a sociopath like other mass murderers. Completely different from any other young troubled players in the NFL. People like him slip past the security and trick even the phycologists of the CIA.
