Yeah - fill out the form with your address and you'll get a "Sorry, you're ineligible" response. I just did it, and it appears that's indeed the case. Although if you have any kids in college that there's a box you can check with that designation, so that may be a workaround since they offer it due to the fact those students obviously can't have a dish. There's a select few colleges on the list. OSU, Bama, MICH, Harvard, Texas are for instance. Not many more than that. Like I said, the real thing here is that it's available on more devices now.
