Also talk about 33 pages of texts between Bill and AHern. I wonder how the texts are organized. I have to believe it's something like one text per page, or one 'interaction' per page. Otherwise, that's a hell of a lot texts Bill.

Bill must have been using the stud shack ...

The text characters are included so it is not a single line item like you see on your bill. 33 pages is not that much between 2 people over 3+ years.

It is from the period of 2/13 through 5/13, or a little more than 3 months--not 3 years.

What's the chances BB or Kraft is called to testify in any of the trials?

It wouldn't be from the prosecution, so it'd have to be from the defense--obviously.

I think it could happen if they decide to try and pursue any angle that may point to medical problems, etc. That said, it's probably unlikely since medical personnel would be their first choice--but it's not entirely out of the question either. It all would depend on the angle that the defense is attempting to pursue, so we're kind of in the dark about that. One thing we know is that they won't hesitate to call anyone if they think that Hernandez could benefit in the slightest way.

I'd give it low odds of happening myself.

What they haven't disclosed are how many texts were specifically back and forth between BB and Hernandez, how many were group texts to the entire team?? What is the norm for Patriots players, are the texts to Hernandez more or less than usual.

When you have a lot of money you get the best defense and do not leave any stone unturned as you await trial... any of this could mean something or mean nothing, as the defense team wants to plant seeds of doubt in the Jury's mind...

The Belichick texts are much ado about nuffink.

Belichick might be an amoral *******, but he's not an idiot. There's hundreds of millions at risk here you don't put that at jeopardy for a murdering idiot who BB was reportedly close to cutting before all of this came to a head due to attendance and other issues.

I'll likely regret posing this question to you, but here it is anyway: What would lead you to conclude that he's an amoral *******?

I generally don't look too favorably on the morality of people who are unsportsman (Hip checking Marvin Harrison for instance) and who sleep with other people's wives regardless of whether or not they are the coach of my team.

I try not to be the sort of person who employs double standards in that regard but I also don't care. I long ago dropped the need for the people I root for to be 'good guys' because I got let down too much. I care about what happens on the football field. I love Belichick as the coach of this team and wouldn't trade him for anything but I don't delude myself about his character.

My point wasn't to start a tangent about spygate it was to say that whatever you think about Belichick he's not an idiot who is going to let himself become an accomplice after the fact.

Never heard anything about this "close to cutting" thing but if that's the case, that contract they gave him becomes even more embarrassing in terms of management. Too many red flags.

Fair enough, but sleeping with someone's wife isn't amoral behavior, it's immoral. But, an instance of immoral behavior doesn't mean a person is immoral or amoral. Those adjectives when ascribed to a person's entire persona imply a long, sustained, consistent pattern of amoral or immoral behavior. I don't know BB well enough to determine that. If you do, you're one off a select few, I'd suspect.

Speaking of "amoral", hanging out all day and night slapping backs with your Jet buddies seems to have blinded YOU to the biggest "amoral" piece of scum in NFL history...toe degenerate, middle finger throwing at little kids, organized coached up in game tripping, gluttonous orgy and ice cream piggery, public profanity fountain, fraud prediction making ,fake azzed "tough guy" little spoiled rich kid brat son of jerkoff Buddy...Rex Ryan.

A Hern could've wrote a book and BB replied, "like I said in the other 32 text messages..."

BB does look worried

Rob Ford? I thought that James Gandolfini had risen from the dead.

Which is why I said that, with 100% certainty I know the state of Belichick's soul.
