When the Patriots win, as they oft do, which type of win do you prefer?

(Offseason for-funzies topic; no grumps)

For me, I like all three of course. I think I have the most fun with the nail-biters and feel a neat sense of (personally undeserved) pride and admiration with the well-executed ones. The blow-outs aren't bad either.

any game in a blizzard where the patriots execute like they play in blizzards every single time.

I just like wins. I enjoy blowouts as much as I enjoy the nail biters. So I can't vote one way or the other.

I endorse the Official Patriots Answer: the best wins are the ones where the team plays its best for 60 minutes. If the other team humiliates itself and if the other team are the Jets ... well, perfect!

I like all the wins where the Patriots have more points than the other team at the end of the game.

A wins a win.

But if we got to pick, a repeat of Thanksgiving 2012 with the best minute of NFL football ever - a minute which made me laugh so hard it hurt. That would be how the Patriots would win every week.

That stretch of the Jets Thanksgiving game gave new meaning for me to the term "A New York Minute."

Give me a ***** slapping win like that over a loud mouthed coach and team anytime. Those are my favorite wins of them all.

There was a time in our team's history when we were on the short end of those blowouts. I can't remember that happening at all since B & B arrived.

There was a season that started with the Patriots going down 31-0. But I remember it ending pretty well ...

The mediots who wrote BB off at that time ("his team hate him") should have learned that BB will let absolutely nothing stand between him and what he thinks is best for the team -- and that, nine times out of ten, his judgement of that is right.

I can't remember a time my brother and I laughed so much as Thanksgiving night a few years ago! The complete humiliation of the Jets, on national TV is hard to beat.

Plus of course, the butt fumble!

"Vince Wilfork just throws Thomas...."

I have to add something onto my previous post. I still like wins any way I can get them, but if it's a prime time game and I have to work early the next day, I prefer a blowout. Hard to sleep after the nail biters.

I like all wins that result in no key injuries.

Me as a Fan watching alone: blowouts are a great way to relax

Me as a Fan with a Group: nailbiters are fine as it makes for a better dynamic

Playoffs: Nailbiters are very draining. I'd prefer a blowout or confident win (actually prefer confident win where you know you can take the opposing teams best game and still come out ahead)

I like confident wins......except in the playoffs/SB than I want to see blowouts!

I prefer wins to losses...

You missed that 2009 season 1st game playoff loss against the Ravens?

I always want the team to play perfectly and decimate every other team.

The stresses makeup for themselves with relief in close games, and it's an amazing feeling to win a nailbiter, but: If Brady can throw 10/10 for 800 yards and 10 TDs I'm down for it. If the defense doesn't let up a first down all game, I'm down for it. On Sundays, I love the Pats and can't stand any team we're playing. I want us to clown everyone, and make the whole league look like the Jets.

I want the Patriots to strive for greatness and compete against themselves.

I was kind of blocking that one out of my mind.

I forgot the 2003 31-0 blowout to Buffalo also.

That's two in 14 years. Not bad.

Nail-biters may give the ultimate satisfaction, but they are not worth anxiety when compared to a complete blowout. For every saint game there is one like the panther one.

When it comes to other teams I'd easily pick the nail-biter but when it comes to my Pats, I ONLY care about the W and a blowout ensures that, usually by half time.
