Pretty good WR. Typical BB type guy...reminds me a little of Branch. Short but catches and runs pretty well. Hope he delivers but not sure how much time he'll get with Dobson, Amendola, Boyce, Edelman, etc.

All this was 1 game! Couple of fairly routine drops, outside of that he looked a class above everyone else here:

Indiana had one of the worst defenses in FBS (which is saying a lot considering they're in the BIG) but I really like Gallon. If it comes down to him vs. Boyce, Gallon should win out handily. Although I wouldn't expect him to become much more than a #3 (at best). Teams with top corners handled him pretty well.

While I am certain that people are capable of clicking on links at the top of the Patsfan.com page, I know they can quickly get buried.

Ultimate compliment to Edelman how O'Shea is having Gallon watch Edelman's route running technique.

Co-worker of mine is a huge Michigan fan. He said Gallon in the 7th might be the steal of the draft (all alums say this though lol). But I did see the kid play a few games and he was beating guys off the LOS regularly and made some great RAC.

Well, Edelman was a 7th round pick (was a QB), and is now a good slot receiver. Not a bad guy to emulate if you are a 7th round pick.

someone will get cut. i think it will be thompkins.

And there's this little tidbit from NFP-
"...Because he lacks ideal size, Gallon will probably be a slot receiver in the NFL. With his quickness, hands, and explosiveness he may be a club's third receiver before the end of his rookie year. While he doesn’t have the skill set of a Tavon Austin, this is a good ball player. Will probably get drafted in the third round area."

Gallon is kind of a poor mans Bruce Ellington. Still slightly more playmaking ability than the wonder twins edelman/amendola. But that's not saying a lot. Still at the end of the day he is a Lil more dangerous from the slot. And could allow them to b cut after next season. I don't believe we r on the hitch for much $$ after next season for either. I still can't believe the contract amendola. He would have been lucky to get half that much from anybody else. That $$ could have played Cleveland's center or some other guard or Emanuel sanders. A playmaker who can create n win on his own instead of scheming his catches. Off track again. At end of the day he is probably our starting slot in 2015.

So you're saying this guy has more play-making ability than Edelman? Which isn't saying a lot? It is unfortunate that I cannot both disagree and dislike this post at the same time.
