Thomas is a fine pick in the 6th. Small, but offers CB/S flexibility and is a very good STer. The latter is the key though, since not many 6th rounders contribute besides STs their first year (if they even make the team).
No way should Thomas ever see time at CB. He struggles in man to man coverage (even against TE's) as it is. He strictly should be an in the box safety in run support if he even sees time in the defense and that's about it.

Sounds like Patrick Chung (who has no business seeing THE field).

So who do we pick up as FA/UDFA for LB & TE?

Interesting tidbit.. Halapio played through an 80% torn pectoral muscle last year..

Manx - didn't you have another TE conversion project besides Logan?

I want the flower! Bring him home.

McCullers to Pittsburgh.

Son of a *****

Taj Bohd? Rex Ryan are you taking stupid pills again?

I keep hearing about these "stupid pills" but whenever i ask to see them at the pharmacy they just give me a funny look and walk away. What's the deal?

Steelers add McCullers..

I don't think so. Blake Annen is the one that interests me the most but he's already a TE. Nikita Whitlock is a FB conversion prospect who I'm a big fan of. Those are the two that interest me the most that fits the TE or HB role. The other conversion project was Larry Webster but he's off the board now.

I really dont have much to elaborate about our draft, one thing i can do is rate it. it think our draft is like B. although we didnt address our need at TE, i hope we do it in FA.

I would give the draft a B-/C+ with high marks to the easley, garrappolo, and stork picks. the others either underwhelm me or I don't know much about them.

Soooo tell me, what about my post was there to disagree about? And Boyd might actually be a better QB than Smith.

McCullers to Pittsburgh is a bit disappointing.

I did not disagree with your post personally but I will tell you one thing i do disagree with about it. I think he can absolutely see time as a slot CB ala Arrington. I think that is probably going to be his best spot. I have not seen any tape on him but from what i read he seems like a good fit there and he has solid coverages skills and just lacks size.

I think Kerr would be a far better fit than McCullers if we are going dt. Kindve surprised he's out there still.
