Personally, I like Garroppolo at the end of the second far more than Bortles at the end of the first. I am glade Blake wasn't there if the Pats were going to draft him.

I still don't like the QBs in this draft. I think I would rather gamble on a later pick than draft one of the top QBs.

The talk of them taking Manziel at 29 sounds like damage control to me after the alleged scouting report came out.

Folks, for TE there's still Dustin Keller....

now we are getting into the WTH picks for all teams

Dolphins select Billy Turner - T

a 6' 2" tortoise (4.96 forty)

this clown would not have even been drafted when Brady was picked in the sixth round...a second round pick on THIS bust waiting to happen?...six foot two...jeezus krist, we drafted Jimmy Clausen

That has been verified as fake for quite a while now.

Nah! Because Fedorowicz wasn't going to be available when the Pats drafted in the 3rd. I am thinking more of a Eli for Rivers type of trade. Trade draft picks after both teams already selected. The Texans selected a guy the Pats would want to trade for.

The problem with trading a just-drafted player for anything other than another drafted player is that the salary cap allocation for that spot goes to the team that drafted the player in the first place. In other words, the Patriots would have to fit Fiedorowicz's contract into their cap without getting the cap room to do so.

Falcons select Dezmen Southward - DB

Our offense sucked against a much weaker Broncos defense. Now they are a lot better on that side of the ball. We got Lafell. Are we relying on a shutdown defense?

We had no KT, no Boyce, hobbled amendola, hobbled Dobson, no vollmer, playing collie and no gronk. That's half our starting offense almost. Add in the loss of Kelly, spikes, wilfork, mayo, and a hobbled talib we weren't going to do well in the playoffs. We needed a freakin miracle to get to the SB. The AFCCG was a miracle to get too

Buccaneers - Charles Sims - RB

Garoppollo is a good player.....just could've traded down later and gotten him, not much just a little trade down..

Go back and look at the Patriots' 2nd-round picks. How many were playing before injuries as rooks? Even Gronk was No. 3 TE as roo

No offensive player since deion branch has come in the rookie yr and tore it up with brady. Any rookie offensive player wouldve also take the same time to see the field unless it was a blue chip pick like say watkins.
Not sure about the QB we got or the place we got but , I personally think DL/OL are the fastest positions one can improve from the draft. Ifwe are looking for the missing WR or TE here to get us to the SB then we are already in trouble.

According to Lindy's, he ran a 4.78 not a 4.96. That is as good or better as any of the top QBs other than Manziel and Bridgewater.

Louis Nix
Marcus Martin
Scott Crichton
Donte Moncrief
DaQuan Jones
Kareem Martin

All on the board and we draft a player who will be an UFA the same off season Brady retires. I like JG as a prospect but I just do not think it was a good decision to select him now.

V
Bryant and Coleman are my picks here what good safety sleepers are out there.

And there goes my late round safety choice. This just keeps getting better and better.

Brandon Coleman will be there in the 4-5th is the only type of receiver we are missing, if you believe in AD.
