NFL Draft: Day 2, Rounds 2-3 Thread

YOUR New England Patriots...Love it Willy! How is it that some of the posters here knew the pick before it was announced on NFLN and ESPN? Lucky guess or are you at the draft and there is a tv delay?

I don't know what to think of Garoppolo.

He's very fun to watch. Let's see how he does in NE.

Garoppolo is very similar to Brady - super smart, competitive, incredible release, great feel for the pocket. I thought he could slip in to the end of the first round, if not definitely early to mid second round. Delighted to see him signed up. Would have been very happy with him or Mettenberger.

The same people who bemoan WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! will be screaming on this board next year why Garoppolo is worth the 33d pick in the2015 draft

They need to trade Mallett otherwise it makes no sense to take a QB this early.

let's hope this means we have worked out a trade with the Texans for their 3rd round pick. At this stage, with us being so close to a super bowl, I would have rather have us drafted for immediate need, not a developmental project.

Interesting but I'm not really surprised I thought New England would draft a QB around the 2nd or 3rd round this years class is rather interesting...
