Hypothetical Draft Trade Scenario

The Texans call the Patriots, enamored with Ryan Mallett. Bill Belichick looking for his Lawrence Taylor swings for the fences: a first this year, a first next year, Ryan Mallett, and Danny Amendola for the number 1 pick and third next year from the Texans.

Would you make that deal?

What time does the draft start again? Can't wait to put the Ryan Mallett trade hysteria (which only seems to exist on this board) to rest again.

I'd only do it if they threw in Watt. Mallett is too valuable and is worth more than that.

I think Mallett for Watt and the #1 pick is more than fair. I suppose we could throw in a day 3 pick as a sweetener.

Um, Do you have info that O'Brien has received recent head trauma? Why on God's green Earth would the Texan's do that? If you did something that made all Patriot fans pause, say thrown in Gronk...

(BTW, I hesitate to add that because some low grade moron will say I favor trading Gronk...)

If it was Lawrence Taylor, I'd give up every pick in the entire draft to get him. And I bet anything Belichick would too.
