At one point in his career, absolutely. But going by last year's pre-season that's not the case anymore.

Haha. That's funny. Wilson spent all this money for 24 for nothing

No surprise.

After what I saw in preseason I think this move could have easily been made last September.

Yeah he was released, good luck to him, he had a great career I wish he had been here a decade earlier.

Saw this coming. However usually this off season the Patriots make moves in 2s. They don't free up money unless they intend to use it. I wonder if this is just a response to signing Chung or if it is a move to free up money as Chung is a cap neutural signing as far as I can tell.

If so it makes me wonder who they can be thinking of picking up.

Those Achilles are tough to come back from. Especially when you're 30+.
