How long has it been since you saw a Pats game in person?

I live in a small community by the sea in RI, Supa...the Miami away game means first and second shift town market guys take off,the local power tools concern goes to skeleton crew, the Post Office down 2 guys..even the police force has a contingent that regularly makes the trip...everyone stays in Lauderdale every year at the same two resorts...it's friggin' cheap...this year was $690 pp...five days including air fare....I might just stay down there next year. You can get a double wide for 15 grand about 50 miles north right off the beach. The past five years all my friends hitting retirement are all flocking there, especially a few years back when the market was lower...but it's still a bargain.

Sun LIfe stadium is cozy...not a bad seat that I could see in the whole place.

Never unfortunately. Nearest NFL team stadium is like 6 hours away from me. Foxborough is about 10.

I might make the trip to Gillette this year, depending on my financial situation. I'd also highly consider going to the SuperBowl once we make it.

However, I can't remember how long it's been since I've missed a game

Yeah, my wife decided to tell me during the 4th quarter of the AFCCG loss that she had been in the process of pricing tickets, and had already freed up money so that we could go, had they won of course.

I felt quite honored to have such a thoughtful and generous wife, and depressed as anything that I had come that close.

october 2012 London : Pats-Rams

overall i saw 4 times the Pats : 2 in London and 2 @ Foxboro

I was witness to Tom Brady's TD streak coming to an end in Cinci. Ugliest (BB era) patriots game I have ever watched.

12/27/09.

When i was visiting NY, i made all the necessary arrangements to go see Patriots vs Jaguars.

Woke up 6 AM, rented a car just to go all the way to Foxborough. Incredible experience and one of my most fond memories.

Turkey Day '12 Metlife, The Butt Fumble game. Surreal evening - Balmy night, slow start of game, then the 52 second explosion. Fun times.

That game gave new meaning to me for the phrase "a New York Minute."

My last game was the Browns game this past season.

My first was a Chargers game at Fenway Park in either 1963 or 64.

The worst game I attended was a Saints game in 1976 at Schaefer. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a pro sporting event.

The best game was the last game of the year in 2001 at Charlotte. It was my youngest sons one and only Pats game. He's not into sports but he agreed to leave a day early for Georgia so we could take in the game. Pats fans took over the stadium that day.

September 07, 2008. Patriots 17 Chiefs 10.

A day that will live in infamy. It was my first ever Patriots game and, because I had a "man on the inside" at Gillette, I thought would be the first of many.

Then the unthinkable happened.

I swore I would never return. Jinxes are hard to kill.

Season ticket holder...I go to most.:)

the last game I went to was the loss in Miami in December...great game, great venue , great break from the cold for 5 days...marred only by the presence of Dolphin fans...

are you kidding? half the dyam place was filled with Pats fans...my seat was at the five yard line 10 rows up from the field...I SAW the Amendola drop and the uncalled Hooman PI call in the EZ...Dolphin fans are cowards...on the way back to our van these twerps were running around insulting Pats fans with their wives and Pats fans of short stature. I walked right through Dolfan alley to my vehicle with my brother and no one said a word to us...I guess because we were too large...my brother has size 15 feet and red hair...maniac Irish.

I used to go to Miami every year from 2004-2008 and then went again in 2010 to see the Pats. Had two bad experiences there. The first was in 2004 when we actually lost to them. Got sucker punched on the way back up the stairs with a hot dog and coke (I was 18 at the time). Guy ran back into the stands before I could get up and try to find where it was. Looked to actually be in his 30's and he got dragged out by security. Then, in 2010 when we whooped their asses on national television, I was standing up cheering as the Pats were about to run it in for a touchdown and some ***hole a few rows behind me winged a full plastic beer bottle right past my head. Heard the thing buzz by my ear. Turned around and nobody in particular took credit for it though people were pointing at me and laughing. The bottle actually ended up hitting a girl in the head a few rows below. Her boyfriend was pissed. Anyway, later on that night, I got to laugh at them as they trudged out of the stadium drunk and disappointed in the third quarter. I haven't been back to Miami since, though I might go back this year.

EDIT: Just dawned on me that both of those incidents were at night while the day games seemed more tame. Must be when the scum of that area comes out to play.

Patriots/Bears in Chicago 2010.

Brutal weather but great ass-kicking. I usually get a home game ticket through my brother with him, but his son is now of age to go so it's father-son instead of brother-brother, which I'm all in favor of. Also, we sometimes try for a road game together, but I now realized it's been awhile.

There is always a lot of talk about the worse places to see a road game, what about the best places to see a road game?

I go to one home game every year, last season was the Steelers game. I live in MD now, but I have 2 different friends with season tickets and I manage to mooch a ticket off of one of them each season.

Went to the Cleveland game this year in the 10th row on the 35 yard line. We left after the Campbell touchdown pass but listened to the rest with the other idiots in the parking lot. Never will I leave a game again...

never had the change, I hope to watch a game next december.

I attended that Chargers' game with a pretty nurse called Nancy. She
froze her butt off at that game and dumped me shortly thereafter.
