If I had heard the Pats had just inked this deal, I'd be thrilled. but then, for this money, I'm shocked the Packers let him go, especially with Rogers lobbying for the kid.

I just don't get it. 3.75/year and our interior OL looks much more solid.

I'm hoping the Panthers sign Nicks. Just so he stays away from the Colts.

I can't see why below average players like Dan Connolly and Aaron Wilson are still on the roster. I hoped to see them cut to sign a good young center
like Deitrich-Smith.

With regard to Adrian Wilson, I agree that retaining a 34 year old safety recovering from a torn Achilles tendon makes no sense to me whatsoever.

As for the interior of the offensive line, maybe the New England Patriots organization are looking at the 2014 NFL Draft as the solution.

That would have been very reasonable money, for a very solid upgrade.

Makes me wonder if they are in fact going to make a run at Mack.

Bill emptied the bank. I have not seen the Patriots sign anyone else since Darrelle Revis.

They got one from Rodeo Drive. The rest will likely be from Walmart. Any splurge from here is probably going to be on a mid-priced player instead of a real 'name' guy.
