Any interest in TE Owen Daniels?

not sure of his price tag, I have read of some early interest by the Ravens & Giants (although that seemed like need-based speculation)


dependent on price tag, I'd have to think he's be a nice fit here....

Giants are attached to every available TE, Daniels would be a good signing for the Pats.

I like Daniels a lot more than scott chandler.

I think Daniels was better, but injuries in the past and blocking issues have brought him down

He is a good player who most likely will be inexpensive. He would also allow us to move Gronkowski around more since he fits well as an in line TE.

I think Chandler wuold do well with the Pats. If the Pats are thinking of a TE to be more of a "Ahern" type role then they should look at Garrett Graham from the Texans.

He really isn't that good and if he was why would he be inexpensive? Maybe as a blocker to free up Gronk but he's too much of a stiff to be a factor in this offense. Would be a Daniel Fells type signing, with similar results, I suspect.
