How Did Christopher Gasper Get So Stupid So Quickly?

Players Pats drafted before Chancellor was drafted

McCourty,Gronk,Cunningham,Spikes,Price and Hernandez

Guess what? Those brilliant Seahawks also drafted a couple of guys named Walter Thurmond III and E.J. Wislon before they drafted Chancellor.

Great game! Let's play "Who was drafted before Julian Edelman"!

or Wes Welker!

or Arian Foster!

or Tom Brady!

Guess what, kid? The draft is a gamble. Always is, always was.

The good news for you is that pitchers and catchers report to spring training in a few days. :D

How many of the Patriots Super Bowl wins have been because of the bottom of the roster?

A quick perusal brings back 0 of 3.

Hmmm, you must have missed who was the winning QB in SB36.

Pretty interesting story. You should read about it.

Randall Gay was the team's CB3, not the CB5. Tell him I said "hi", but he doesn't fit the bill.

Then you also missed Hank Poteat and Earthwind Moreland playing in that all star secondary in the 2004 playoffs when our starting CB's went down.

Actually, they all came via the foot of an UDFA.

Isn't this the guy who had a problem with the Moss mask? Why you guys pay attention to these pro trolls is beyond me. You make their job easy.

Gaspar has always been a negative reporter; that is why Felger loves him so much. Depth is crucial in the NFL because of injury. If you invest all you money and draft capital in a few players then you will be in deep trouble if they go down. Look at what happened to Atlanta.

Negative is fine.

Wrong isn't.

I know Gasper was not always negative in the past. But that's neither here nor there. I'll learn from any writer who is negative but is making knwoledgeable points.

This article is just Shaughnessian in its football ignorance. It is almost as bad as post #28 of this thread.

Decided to try a bit of trolling this weekend, I see. Well, have fun with that. ;)

This could be the must ignorant statement on the history of thus board.
The 2001 patriots were know as the most valuable TEAM and had a ton of cheap FAs play vital roles. Probably the most shinning example ever of the value of the bottom of the roster.

The 2003 Patriots set the record for mist games lost by starter to injury of any SB winner. The 2004 team broke it.

I don't think I've ever seen a comment more factually wrong than this one on this board.

Step1: Write a completely ignorant statement on Patriots history

Step 2: Read comments ridiculing the ignorance of your comment

Step 3: Double down by calling people who point out the complete fallacy of your incredible declaration "trolls"

Thanks for the laughs.

Aside from all the evidence the previous posters provided to make a hash of your way too quickly posted, snide putdown..... How many of the Patriots SB wins were ONLY POSSIBLE because the BOTTOM THIRD of the roster GOT THEM THERE (to the playoffs) in the REGULAR SEASON????
