As someone posted on Twitter, it was an idea that didn't work. If you put Blount in, you're signaling run. Vereen normally signals pass.

Great effort by this team today. Manning beat that young D with his brain — and a group of savvy veterans — as much as anything.

D needs to go for a turnover, otherwise, I'll see everyone next year.... went further than i expected... but disappointing all the same. Can't imagine what it feels like for the players right now...

Well another season gone. At least there is a promising next season.

McDaniels is the worst big time play caller. Just passed all over them, Brady in rhythm, then you run it

HERE'S to next year - a little health, some good acquisitions, and re-signings and this team is on their way. Obviously, no guarantees, but the window is closing quickly.

On to next season. Just too many injuries to overcome unfortunately.
