I am telling you that this is 100% true. It is not a matter of IF. He published this in a book. I'm not speculating. Thus, the scorn Skip gets is deserved.

Like I said I never read the book nor have I heard of it till you brought it up in this thread. That's not right that he made a book like that. However, I am not real familiar with the book or the issues surrounding it.

As I posted earlier generally speaking I don't agree with everything Skip says, but I agree with some of his evaluations/views of various players.

That is entirely irrelevant. It does not matter if Troy Aikman is the scum of the Earth. Skip has no journalistic integrity for what he did, and I personally think he is a rotten dude for doing so as well. I'm not a Troy Aikman fan, but that's neither here nor there.

Also, saying you're not familiar with the book is also irrelevant. It's been plain as day knowledge for around 20 years that this was written, so YOUR familiarity with it has nothing to do with the fact that it was printed and it was a rotten move(which you have acknowledged). Look, you can like his show and still acknowledge he's a rat bastard, you don't have to think someone is a good person to enjoy being entertained by their filth.

Does Skip get to be an azz just because Troy may possibly be a bigger one? This thread was about Skip Bayless and what I wrote concerned him. I have no interest in going down strawman rabbit holes about people that may possibly be more miserable than a miserable man.

Skip Bayless is THE biggest Brady/Belichick supporter (despite being from Dallas) there is on TV and you people still hate him? Who DO you like?

The guy basically sounds like a typical poster from our board but on TV.

Always calls Brady the GOAT, always makes fun of Peyton's choking, constantly talks about how bizarre it is that Eli magically lucked his way into two SBs against us, how Brady's second-to-last drive in SB42 would have gone down as the greatest of all-time if the defense held up, etc. etc.

I for one think Skip Bayless is the man and listening to him talk about the Pats is total fan-porn.

Dude, I also posted the same response regarding Bayless. When Jimmy Johnson was coaching the Cowboys he abruptly ended a media session when the question was asked about Aikman. Barry Switzer, really? God bless you if you want to hang your post on the words of Switzer and Bayless.

Skip bayless has his favorites just like any other person.
SkIP loves the red sox, tom brady, tebow, RG3, Dwanyne wade, the cowboys and more.
Skip hates the giants, lebron games, russel westbrook, floyd maywather and more.

As for the aikmen gay rumors; skip's was only reporting what his sources told him.

Colin cowherd and skip bayless are the only espn analyst that don't treat brady and the patriots like scorned lover because of spygate.

I won't read the article, because clicks line Skip's pockets. I am happy to know that he is right on TFB, who is my favorite athlete. I don't always disagree with everything Skip says, but I'll always hear about it second hand.

You clearly have an issue with those who like Tebow and you have an issue with religion. That is why you felt the need to bring up Tebow to me in this thread and my beliefs in the other thread talking about Kurt.

I am on no high horse. I try to treat everyone respectfully and try not to attack someone based on who they support, what their beliefs are etc. You on the other hand seem to be on some kinda of high horse that is why you have to come into threads a point out immature things that you do.

I have no issues with religion -I am very religous myself but I had pointed out people supporting X Y Z person for non football related reasons , same with tebow or warner.
