With the NE win and the Raiders loss this weekend, the Patriots are now the wins leader of the Original Eight AFL teams.

Just goes to show how good the Raiders used to be...and also how far that franchise has fallen.

Despite what people think, the Pats weren't always terrible, and now the Kraft-Belichick-Brady era has propelled the Pats into one of the great franchises in this league.

It's pretty sweet

For those of us around since the inception of the AFL and when people thought the earth was flat, this is incredibly significant.

After all those years wandering in the desert of despair and team mismanagement, would have never thought that we caught up this fast...

Kudo's to the Kraft Family...

I for one believed Columbus & ancient Greeks like Pythagoras

Who ever would have thought it ? The ghost of Billy Sullivan must be smiling about now.

Yes, thanks to Mr. Kraft, there is a Santa Claus.

I'm proud to say that I was an original passenger on the Patriots bandwagon and I have as many frequent traveler miles logged as anyone can. It's been a great ride.

I remember when the fans of other teams used to laugh at us. Nobody is laughing now are they?

I bow down to your greatness, you trly are a super fan ! I wasn't born until 1962, and didn't become a Pat's fan until 1975 (parents brainwashed me to be a Jet's fan until I revolted at 13).

Just wish the Pats would bring back the ducking stools and stocks from ye olde stadiume.

It was nothing. Really. :D

I started as a Browns fan when I saw Jim Brown on TV against the Giants. We were always fed Giants stuff back then.

Once the Pats were born I was like a proud father. I had my own team playing in my own backyard. I even went to a game at Fenway Park.

Then the NFL snubbed us, the b*****ds.

Then the Jets and Chiefs put us on the map and now we, yes we, the Patriots, are the top AFL team and an NFL dynasty.

That was my exact experience. Hated the NY Giants stuffed down our throats. Loved Jim Brown.
Best was when I was in school we got our own football team!

(I'm a youngster, too young to remember the Boston Redskins)

Mr. Kraft IS Santa Claus.

Back in 1991? when my ass was frozen to the aluminum bleacher, watching the Patriots wrap up a 1-15 season against Jim Everett and the Los Angeles Rams......if you would have told me the Patriots could have become the winningest of the AFL teams, I would have had no reaction. I was too damn cold and miserable to respond to anything.

However, if you had told me that any other time before the BBB era, I never would have believed it. We have been lucky!

wow growing up watching the Patriots getting run over year after year in the early 70's , I would have never thought they would win so many games.
